Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui faktor pembentuk kualitas layanan dan pengaruh implementasi Terminal Booking Sytem (TBS) Pelabuhan Tanjung Priok. Metode penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif. Sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 50 responden khusus pengguna Terminal Booking Sytem (TBS) terdiri dari operator truk, pengusaha truk, dan karyawan terminal. Nonprobability Sampling merupakan teknik sampling yang digunakan pada penelitian ini. Teknik pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini yaitu penelitian lapangan yang memperoleh kuesioner. Data yang diperoleh kemudian dilakukan analisis faktor untuk mengetahui faktor pembentuk dari kualitas layanan. sedangkan teori serqual untuk mengukur kualitas layanan. Hasil dari perhitungan analisis faktor membentuk lima faktor baru yaitu daya tanggap sebesar 41,592%, kebijakan sebesar 8,541%, kouta booking sebesar 6,637%, kehandalan 5,251%, dan dampak lingkungan 5,008%. Berdasarkan nilai thitung sebesar 3,570 > ttabel 1,681 sehingga disimpulkan bahwa variabel Terminal Booking Sytem (TBS) berpengaruh variabel kualitas layanan. Maka, pemerintah meningkatkan infrastruktur guna menunjang inovasi Terminal Booking Sytem (TBS) sehingga bisa berjalan lancar sesuai dengan yang sudah direncanakan dan melakukan evaluasi terkait kendala-kendala. Kata Kunci: Pelabuhan, Terminal Booking Sytem (TBS), Kualitas Layanan ********** This study aims to determine the factors that form service quality and the effect of the implementation of Terminal Booking Sytem (TBS) at Tanjung Priok Port. The research method used in this study uses quantitative methods. The sample used in this study was 50 respondents specifically users of Terminal Booking Sytem (TBS) consisting of truck operators, truck entrepreneurs, and terminal employees. Nonprobability sampling is a sampling technique used in this study. The data collection technique in this study was field research that obtained a questionnaire. The data obtained was then subjected to factor analysis to determine the forming factors of service quality. while serqual theory to measure service quality. The results of the factor analysis calculation formed five new factors, namely responsiveness of 41.592%, policy of 8.541%, booking quota of 6.637%, reliability of 5.251%, and environmental impact of 5.008%. Based on the tcount value of 3.570> t table 1.681, it is concluded that the Terminal Booking Sytem (TBS) variable affects the service quality variable. So, the government improves infrastructure to support Terminal Booking System (TBS) innovation so that it can run smoothly as planned and conduct evaluations related to obstacles.
