Abstract
Penelitian ini didasarkan pada kebutuhan hasil belajar mata kuliah Intensive Writing yang belum maksimal. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengembangkan, menguji kelayakan, dan menganalisis efektivitas sebuah model pembelajaran; pengembangan model pembelajaran Intensive Writing berbasis Flipped Classroom dan Collaborative Learning. Metode yang digunakan adalah riset dan pengembangan dengan desain gabungan Borg & Gall, Dick & Carey, dan 4D Thiagarajan. Sedangkan Teknik pengambilan data melalui observasi, wawancara, kuesioner, dokumentasi, dan tes. Dari penelitian dan pengembangan ini diperoleh 3 luaran yaitu model konseptual, model procedural, dan model fisikal. Penilaian kelayakan oleh pakar terhadap materi, desain, dan media pembelajaran menunjukkan hasil yang sangat baik, dengan rata-rata nilai masing-masing 4,69, 4,84, dan 4,65. Hal ini mengindikasikan bahwa semua aspek pembelajaran memenuhi standar kualitas tinggi dan layak digunakan dalam pendidikan. Evaluasi dari mahasiswa melalui tahap One to One, Kelompok Kecil, dan Uji Lapangan juga menunjukkan hasil yang konsisten, dengan nilai rata-rata berturut-turut 81,25, 84,15, dan 81,73, yang semuanya berada dalam kategori Layak hingga Sangat Layak. Uji efektivitas model pembelajaran menggunakan uji t dan N-Gain menunjukkan peningkatan signifikan antara nilai Pre-Test dan Post-Test, dengan rata-rata selisih 16,200. Hasil uji t (t = 27,642, p < 0,05) menegaskan bahwa peningkatan ini bukanlah kebetulan, melainkan efek nyata dari intervensi pembelajaran. Analisis N-Gain menunjukkan rata-rata peningkatan sebesar 65,85%, dengan rentang mulai dari 21,05% hingga 100%, mengindikasikan variasi tingkat keberhasilan antar peserta. Secara keseluruhan, model pembelajaran Intensive Writing berbasis Flipped Classroom dan Collaborative Learning terbukti layak dan efektif dalam meningkatkan hasil belajar peserta didik. **** This research is based on the need to improve the learning outcomes of the Intensive Writing course, which have not yet reached their full potential. This study aims to develop, test the feasibility, and analyze the effectiveness of a learning model: the development of an Intensive Writing learning model based on Flipped Classroom and Collaborative Learning. The method used is research and development with a combined design from Borg & Gall, Dick & Carey, and Thiagarajan's 4D model. Data collection techniques include observation, interviews, questionnaires, documentation, and tests. This research and development obtained three outcomes: a conceptual model, a procedural model, and a physical model. The feasibility assessment by experts on the learning materials, design, and media showed excellent results, with average scores of 4.69, 4.84, and 4.65, respectively. This indicates that all aspects of the learning model meet high-quality standards and are suitable for use in education. Student evaluations during the One-to-One, Small Group, and Field Test stages also showed consistent results, with average scores of 81.25, 84.15, and 81.73, all falling within the Feasible to Very Feasible categories. The effectiveness test of the learning model using t-tests and N-Gain showed a significant improvement between Pre-Test and Post-Test scores, with an average difference of 16.200. The t-test results (t = 27.642, p < 0.05) confirm that this improvement was not coincidental but a real effect of the learning intervention. The N-Gain analysis showed an average improvement of 65.85%, ranging from 21.05% to 100%, indicating variations in success rates among participants. Overall, the Intensive Writing learning model based on Flipped Classroom and Collaborative Learning has proven feasible and effective in improving student learning outcomes.
