Abstract

*****ABSTRAK***** Peneliti ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh latihan koordinasi mata-tangan terhadap ketepatan lemparan bola boccia kategori BC1,BC4 dan BC5. Penalitian ini dilaksanakan mulai dari bulan november 2024 sampai Desember 2024. Secara khusus penelitian ini bertujuan mengetahui seberapa pengaruh latihan koordinasi mata-tangan guna meningkatkan hasil lemparan ketepatan bola. Metode yang digunakan adalah eksperimen dengan desain One Groups “Pre Test and post Test Design”, dengan sampel yang berjumlah 11 orang. Instrumen penelitian teridir dari tes awal sebelum perlakuan dan tes akhir setelah perlakuan. Teknik analisis yang digunakan adalah uji-t dengan menghitung nilai t-hitung dibandingkan dengan t-tabel pada taraf signifikan 0,05. Hasil perhitungan tes awal dan tes akhir diperoleh selisih rata-rata (M)=2,54 dengan standar devisa (〖SD〗_D)=1 standar eror perbedaan rata-rata (〖SE〗_MD)=0,32 dalam perhitungan selanjutnya diperoleh nilai t hitung 3,32 dan nilai t tabel 1,81 pada taraf 0,05. Dengan demikian nilai t hitung>nilai t tabel yang menunjukan bahwa hipotesis nihil (H_0) ditolak dan hipotesa alternatif (H_1) diterima. Dapat disimpulkan, latihan koordinasi mata-tangan berpengaruh terhadap ketepatan lemparan bola boccia kategori BC1,BC4 dan BC5 di Klub Boccia DKI Jakarta. Kata kunci: Latihan koordinasi mata-tangan, Boccia, celebral palsy, *****ABSTRACT***** This researcher aims to determine the effect of eye-hand coordination training on the accuracy of throwing boccia balls in the BC1, BC4 and BC5 categories. This research will be carried out from November 2024 to December 2024. In particular, this study aims to find out how much the influence of eye-hand coordination exercises is to improve the accuracy of ball throws. The method used was an experiment with the One Groups design "PreTest and postTest Design", with a sample of 11 people. The research instruments were derived from the initial test before treatment and the final test after treatment. The analysis technique used is a t-test by calculating the t-calculated value compared to the t-table at a significant level of 0.05. The results of the calculation of the initial test and the final test obtained the average difference (M)=2.54 with the foreign exchange standard (〖SD〗_D)=1 standard error, the average difference (〖SD〗_MD)=0.32 in the next calculation, the t-value of the calculation was 3.32 and the t-value of the table was 1.81 at the level of 0.05. Thus the t-value of the t-calculated t > table shows that the null hypothesis (H_0) is rejected and the alternative hypothesis (H_1) is accepted. It can be concluded that the eye-hand coordination exercise has an effect on the accuracy of throwing boccia balls in the BC1, BC4 and BC5 categories at the DKI Jakarta Boccia Club.
