Abstract

Penelitian pengembangan ini bertujuan untuk menghasilkan produk berupa microlearning di LMS UNJ untuk mata kuliah Manajemen Penyiaran Radio dan Televisi di Program Studi S1 Teknologi Pendidikan UNJ. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan alasan bahwa terdapat kebutuhan akan pembaruan materi pada microlearning Manajemen Penyiaran Radio dan Televisi sebelumnya, yang termasuk pembaruan atas kelengkapan materi, pembaruan sumber belajar, dan pembaruan petunjuk belajar. Oleh karena itu, dilakukanlah penelitian pengembangan ini menggunakan model ILDF (Integrative Learning Design Framework) yang memiliki 3 tahapan, yaitu exploration, enachment, dan evaluation. Hasil expert review (ahli materi, ahli media, dan ahli desain pembelajaran) melalui wawancara menyatakan produk ini sudah baik dari berbagai aspek dengan diberikan sedikit perbaikan. Kemudian pada tahap uji coba pengguna secara one-to-one melalui wawancara pada platform meeting online menyatakan produk ini sudah sesuai namun terdapat saran perbaikan. Hasil small group evaluation melalui skala penilaian memperoleh rata-rata nilai 3.7 (Sangat Baik). Berdasarkan hasil evaluasi formatif dapat disimpulkan bahwa produk microlearning mata kuliah Manajemen Penyiaran Radio dan Televisi ini telah memiliki kualitas yang baik dan layak untuk digunakan dalam pembelajaran mata kuliah Manajemen Penyiaran Radio dan Televisi. ***** This development research aims to produce of microlearning in the UNJ LMS for the Radio and Television Broadcast Management course in the UNJ Educational Technology Undergraduate Study Program. This research was conducted on the grounds that there was a need for material updates in the previous Radio and Television Broadcasting Management microlearning, which included updates to the completeness of the material, updates to learning resources, and updates to study instructions. Therefore, this development research was carried out using the ILDF (Integrative Learning Design Framework) model which has 3 stages, namely exploration, enhancement and evaluation. The results of expert reviews (material experts, media experts, and learning design experts) through interviews stated that this product was good from various aspects with slight improvements. Then at the one-to-one user trial stage through interviews on the online meeting platform, they stated that this product was suitable but there were suggestions for improvement. The results of the small group evaluation using an assessment scale obtained an average value 3.7 (Excellent) Based on the results of the formative evaluation, it can be concluded that the microlearning product for the Radio and Television Broadcast Management course has good quality and using suitable for use in learning the Radio and Television Broadcast Management course.
