Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengukur tingkat reaksi (level 1) dan hasil belajar (level 2) peserta setelah mengikuti Pelatihan Jaringan Komputer Madya di Pusat Pelatihan Kerja Pengembangan Industri Pasar Rebo dengan menggunakan evaluasi model Kirkpatrick. Penelitian ini menggunakan prosedur evaluasi yang dikembangkan oleh Supriyono, yang terdiri dari lima tahap yaitu 1) persiapan evaluasi; 2) mengembangkan instrumen evaluasi; 3) mengumpulan data; 4) mengolah dan menganalisis data; 5) menyusun laporan.Teknik pengumpulan data pada penelitian ini menggunakan kuesioner, observasi, dan tes yang berupa pre-test, post-test dan tes performa. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa evaluasi tingkat reaksi (level 1) hampir semua aspek memperoleh respon positif dengan data 42,25% menyatakan puas dan 40,75% menyatakan sangat puas. Aspek konsumsi memperoleh respon positif tertinggi sedangkan aspek instruktur menjadi satu-satunya yang memperoleh respon negatif. Hasil data tersebut diperkuat oleh hasil observasi pada saat pelaksaan pelatihan. Hasil evaluasi hasil belajar menunjukkan hasil yang positif, dengan analisis N-Gain pre-test dan post-test menunjukkan peningkatan sebesar 90%. Sebanyak 35% dengan kategori tinggi, sementara 55% kategori sedang. Hasil tes performa juga menunjukkan hasil yang positif, dengan sebanyak 55% peserta berada dalam kategori Baik (B) dan 35% peserta berada dalam kategori Sangat Baik (A). Penelitian ini dapat menjadi referensi bagi Pusat Pelatihan Kerja Pengembangan Industri Pasar Rebo untuk meningkatkan kualitas program pelatihan di masa mendatang.***** This study aims to measure the level of reaction (level 1) and learning outcomes (level 2) of participants after attending the Intermediate Computer Network Training at the Pasar Rebo Industrial Development Job Training Center using the Kirkpatrick evaluation model. This study uses the evaluation procedure developed by Supriyono, which consists of five stages, namely 1) preparation for evaluation; 2) developing evaluation instruments; 3) collecting data; 4) processing and analyzing data; 5) compiling reports.The data collection technique in this study used questionnaires, observations, and tests in the form of pre-test, post-test and performance tests. The results of this study indicate that the evaluation of the reaction level (level 1) of almost all aspects obtained a positive response with data 42.25% stated satisfied and 40.75% stated very satisfied. The consumption aspect obtained the highest positive response while the instructor aspect was the only one that obtained a negative response. The data results are reinforced by the results of observations during the implementation of the training. The results of the learning outcomes evaluation showed positive results, with the pre-test and post-test N-Gain analysis showing an increase of 90%. As many as 35% were in the high category, while 55% were in the medium category. The performance test results also showed positive results, with 55% of participants in the Good (B) category and 35% of participants in the Very Good (A) category. This research can be a reference for the Job Training Center for Developers.
