Abstract
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hasil evaluasi pelaksanaan Program Diklat Digitisasi Arsip menggunakan tiga komponen evaluasi Model Kirkpatrick yaitu reaksi, pembelajaran dan perilaku. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan metode evaluatif. Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui observasi, wawancara dan studi dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa (1) Reaksi peserta diklat terhadap penyelenggara Diklat Digitisasi Arsip menunjukan hasil yang positif, hal itu berdasar pada indikator yang meliputi pelaksanaan kurikulum, pelayanan petugas, sarana prasarana dan kualitas widyaiswara berjalan dengan efektif dan memuaskan (2) Peserta mengalami peningkatan pengetahuan setelah mengikuti diklat ini, dilihat dari hasil pretest dan nilai akhir yang didapatkan oleh peserta telah mengalami peningkatan meskipun belum signifikan dan seluruh peserta dinyatakan lulus. (3) Diklat memberikan cukup dampak positif terhadap peningkatan perilaku peserta, dalam hal ini berdasar pada indikator tanggung jawab, kerja sama dan kedisplinan. Meskipun itu, terdapat perilaku yang konsisten dikarenakan peserta sudah memiliki perilaku yang baik sebelum diklat. Jadi, pelaksanaan Program Diklat Digitsasi Arsip dilihat dari 3 komponen evaluasi model kirkpatrick yaitu reaksi, pembelajaran dan perilaku dapat dikatakan efektif dan memuaskan. ***** This study aims to determine the results of the evaluation of the implementation of the Archive Digitization Training Program using three evaluation components of the Kirkpatrick Model, namely reaction, learning and behavior. This study uses a qualitative approach with an evaluative method. Data collection techniques are carried out through observation, interviews and documentation studies. The results of this study show that (1) The reaction of the training participants to the organizers of the Archive Digitization Training shows positive results, it is based on indicators that include the implementation of the curriculum, officer services, infrastructure facilities and the quality of widyaiswara running effectively and satisfactorily (2) Participants have increased their knowledge after participating in this training, judging from the results of the pretest and the final score obtained by the participants has increased even though they have not yet and all participants were declared passed. (3) Training has a sufficient positive impact on improving participant behavior, in this case based on indicators of responsibility, cooperation and discipline. Even so, there is consistent behavior because participants already have good behavior before training. So, the implementation of the Archive Digitization Training Program is seen from the 3 components of the evaluation of the kirkpatrick model, namely reaction, learning and behavior, which can be said to be effective and satisfactory.
