Abstract
Sumber daya manusia adalah aset utama perusahaan yang berperan penting dalam operasional organisasi. Keberhasilan tim diukur melalui kinerja karyawan, yang dipengaruhi oleh motivasi kerja, seperti alasan bekerja, kepuasan, dan semangat kerja. Motivasi ini berpengaruh pada disiplin kerja, termasuk kehadiran dan ketepatan waktu, sehingga menjadi faktor kunci dalam pencapaian standar perusahaan. Penelitian ini memiliki tujuan untuk menggali informasi mengenai Motivasi, Disiplin Kerja dan Kinerja Karyawan karyawan pada PT Wisata Borobudur Indah. Penelitian ini melibatkan 123 sampel karyawan outsourcing PT Wisata Borobudur Indah. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif dengan penyebaran kuisioner, dan dianalisis menggunakan metode Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) dengan alat analisis Partial Least Square (PLS). Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa: Motivasi mempunyai pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan PT Wisata Borobudur Indah. Disiplin kerja mempunyai pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan PT Wisata Borobudur Indah. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian, maka pihak perusahaan diharapkan dapat memberikan dorongan dan perhatian lebih akan motivasi dan disiplin kerja sehingga dapat mempengaruhi kinerja karyawan yang baik. Kata kunci: Motivasi, Disiplin Kerja, Kinerja Karyawan. ***** Human resources are the company's primary assets, playing a crucial role in organizational operations. Team success is measured by employee performance, which is influenced by work motivation, such as reasons for working, job satisfaction, and enthusiasm. This motivation impacts work discipline, including attendance and punctuality, making it a key factor in achieving company standards. This study aims to explore information regarding motivation, work discipline, and employee performance at PT Wisata Borobudur Indah. It involved 123 outsourcing employees as samples. The study employed a quantitative method by distributing questionnaires and analyzing the data using the Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) method with the Partial Least Square (PLS) analysis tool. The results of the study indicate that: Motivation has a positive and significant influence on the performance of employees at PT Wisata Borobudur Indah. Work discipline has a positive and significant influence on the performance of employees at PT Wisata Borobudur Indah.Based on these findings, the company is encouraged to provide greater support and attention to employee motivation and work discipline to positively impact employee performance.
