Abstract
Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk mengeksplorasi pengalaman-pengalaman diskriminatif yang dialami siswa dengan gender nonconforming. Pendekatan kualitatif dengan metode studi fenomenologi digunakan dalam penelitan ini. Data dikumpulkan dengan teknik wawancara dan observasi. Penelitian dilakukan di salah satu SMK Jakarta Selatan dengan total 3 informan, terdiri dari 2 laki-laki feminin dan 1 perempuan maskulin. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa siswa dengan gender nonconforming mengalami perundungan fisik dan verbal, labelling, serta pelecehan seksual. Pengalaman diskriminatif tersebut berpengaruh terhadap perubahan emosi dan perilaku siswa. Dalam hal ini guru BK perlu meningkatkan kesadaran atas isu gender, sehingga mampu memberikan layanan konseling individual dan layanan bimbingan klasikal. ***** This study was aim to explore the experiences of discrimination among gender nonconforming students. A qualitative approach with a phenomenological study method was used in this research. Data were collected using deep-interview and observation techniques. The research was conducted in one of the vocational schools in South Jakarta with a total of 3 informants, consisting of 2 feminine males and 1 masculine female. The results showed that gender nonconforming students experienced physical and verbal bullying, labelling, and sexual harassment. This discriminatory experience affects changes in students' emotions and behavior. In this case, counseling teachers need to increase awareness of gender issues, so that they can provide individual counseling services and classical guidance.
