Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengevaluasi implementasi program teaching factory, penelitian ini dilakukan pada kompetensi keahlian Desain Interior dan Teknik Furnitur di SMK Negeri 52 Jakarta dalam upaya menyelaraskan kurikulum dengan kebutuhan industri. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yaitu metode evaluatif dengan menggunakan model evaluasi CIPP (Context, Input, Process, Product) yang meganalisis masing-masing aspek evaluasi. Data dikumpulkan melalui wawancara (kepala sekolah dan guru), kuesioner (guru dan siswa), observasi, dan studi dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa 1). Aspek context yang meliputi komponen kurikulum, panduan, dan kompetensi. Terdapat lima kriteria yang diajukan empat kriteria dinilai telah memenuhi kriteria, sehingga secara garis besar pada aspek context telah memenuhi kriteria evaluasi. 2). Aspek Input yang meliputi komponen kurikulum, panduan, dan kompetensi. Terdapat dua belas kriteria yang diajukan delapan kriteria dinilai telah memenuhi kriteria, sehingga secara garis besar pada aspek input telah memenuhi kriteria evaluasi. 3). Aspek Process yang meliputi komponen kurikulum, pelaksanaan, dan kompetensi. Terdapat tiga belas kriteria yang diajukan sebelas kriteria dinilai telah memenuhi kriteria, sehingga secara garis besar pada aspek process telah memenuhi kriteria evaluasi. 4). Aspek Product yang meliputi komponen kurikulum dan kompetensi. Terdapat tiga kriteria yang diajukan dua kriteria dinilai telah memenuhi kriteria, sehingga secara garis besar pada aspek product telah memenuhi kriteria evaluasi. Secara keseluruhan kriteria yang diajukan telah terpenuhi tetapi memerlukan perbaikan pada tiap aspek evaluasi. Kata Kunci : Evaluasi Program, Teaching factory, CIPP, SMK Negeri 52 Jakarta. ********** This research aims to evaluate the implementation of the teaching factory program, this research was conducted on the competence of Interior Design and Furniture Engineering expertise at SMK Negeri 52 Jakarta in an effort to align the curriculum with industrial needs. The method used in this study is an evaluative method using the CIPP (Context, Input, Process, Product) evaluation model which analyzes each aspect of evaluation. Data were collected through interviews (principals and teachers), questionnaires (teachers and students), observations, and documentation studies. The results of the study show that 1). The context aspect includes curriculum components, guidelines, and competencies. There are five criteria proposed, four criteria are considered to have met the criteria, so that in general the context aspect has met the evaluation criteria. 2). Input aspects which include curriculum components, guidelines, and competencies. There are twelve criteria that are proposed, eight of which are considered to have met the criteria, so that in general the input aspect has met the evaluation criteria. 3). Process aspects which include curriculum components, implementation, and competence. There are thirteen criteria proposed, eleven criteria are considered to have met the criteria, so that in general the process aspect has met the evaluation criteria. 4). Product aspects which include curriculum and competency components. There are three criteria proposed, two criteria are considered to have met the criteria, so that in general the product aspect has met the evaluation criteria. Overall, the proposed criteria have been met but need improvement in each aspect of the evaluation.
