Abstract
Tujuan penelitian adalah meningkatkan keterampilan Merias Wajah Panggung tari Pendet Bali dengan menggunakan Teknik Modeling pada peserta didik Tunarungu SMALB Negeri 01 Jakarta. SMALB Negeri 01 Jakarta merupakan sekolah menengah luar biasa yang memberikan pembelajaran vokasional tata kecantikan. Metode penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah Penelitian Tindakan Kelas (Action Research Classroom) menggunakan desain Kemmis dan Mc Taggart. Subjek penelitian 4 orang yang merupakan seluruh siswa kelas kelas XI yang tergolong kurang dengar di SMALB Negeri 01 Jakarta. Peningkatan penilaian dilihat dari nilai sebelum tindakan dan sesudah tindakan terhadap tiga aspek penilaian, yaitu: sikap, pengetahuan dan keterampilan. Hasil intervensi menunjukan jika menggunakan Teknik Modeling keterampilan Merias Wajah Panggung tari Pendet Bali meningkat. Persentase pencapaian pembelajaran merias wajah panggung penari Bali Pelaksanaan tindakan kelas pada Pra-Intervensi 61,87% pada siklus I adalah 78,02% meningkat menjadi 97,29% pada siklus II.Teknik life modeling dalam kegiatan pembelajaran rias wajah panggung membuat subjek memahami prosedur rias wajah panggung secara mandiri dan aktif dalam proses pembelajaran, selain itu juga mampu menstimulasi rasa percaya diri dan kemampuan berkomunikasi subjek. Kegiatan mengamati langkah kerja para model dapat membangun pengetahuan subjek dan secara bertahap meningkatkan keterampilan untuk menerapkan serangkaian proses langkah kerja secara mandiri. ***** The purpose of the study was to improve the skills of Balinese Pendet Dance Stage Makeup using Modeling Techniques for Deaf students at SMALB Negeri 01 Jakarta. SMALB Negeri 01 Jakarta is a special high school that provides vocational beauty education.The research method used in this study was Classroom Action Research using the Kemmis and Mc Taggart design. The subjects of the study were 4 people who were all students of grade XI who were classified as hard of hearing at SMALB Negeri 01 Jakarta. The increase in assessment was seen from the values before and after the action on three aspects of the assessment, namely: attitude, knowledge and skills.The results of the intervention showed that using the Modeling Technique increased the skills of Balinese Pendet Dance Stage Makeup. The percentage of learning achievement in Balinese dancer stage makeup The implementation of classroom action in the Pre-Intervention 61.87% in cycle I was 78.02% increasing to 97.29% in cycle II.Life modeling techniques in stage makeup learning activities make subjects understand stage makeup procedures independently and actively in the learning process, besides being able to stimulate the subject's self-confidence and communication skills. The activity of observing the work steps of the models can build the subject's knowledge and gradually improve the skills to apply a series of work step processes independently.
