Abstract

Rendahnya minat membaca peserta didik dapat memengaruhi keterampilan metakognitif seseorang, begitupun pada materi sistem reproduksi yang memiliki beberapa bagian materi yang sulit dipahami. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh model pembelajaran Cirsa terhadap keterampilan metakognitif materi sistem reproduksi. Metode yang digunakan adalah quasi eksperimen dengan desain pretest and posttest control group. Instrumen yang digunakan adalah tes keterampilan metakognitif materi sistem reproduksi berjumlah 10 butir soal yang telah valid dan memiliki kategori reliabilitas tinggi. Penelitian dilakukan di SMA Negeri 31 Jakarta pada bulan Mei 2019. Subjek penelitian yaitu peserta didik kelas XI IPA 2 dan 4 yang berjumlah 72 orang dengan pengambilan sampel menggunakan teknik simple random sampling. Hasil uji validasi menunjukkan soal yang valid sebanyak 10 butir dari 10 butir soal. Uji reliabilitas menunjukkan nilai rhitung sebesar 0,733 dan termasuk dalam kriteria tinggi. Analisis data prasyarat menggunakan uji Kolmogorov-Smirnov untuk normalitas dan uji Levene untuk homogenitas. Hasil yang didapat dari uji prasayarat adalah data berdistribusi normal dan berasal dari kedua populasi yang homogen. Uji efektifitas model pembelajaran Cirsa dengan perhitungan normalized gain memperoleh skor sebesar 0,42 dan termasuk kedalam kategori sedang. Uji hipotesis menggunakan Independent ttest pada α = 0,05 kemudian didapatkan nilai signifikansi 0,008 yang menunjukkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh model pembelajaran Cirsa terhadap pemahaman konsep sistem ekskresi. Kesimpulan penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh model pembelajaran Cirsa terhadap keterampilan metakognitif peserta didik materi sistem reproduksi. ****************** Students' lack of reading interest were able to impact their metacognitive skill, as well as in learning reproduction system which has difficult to apprehend aspects. This study aimed to identify the impact of Cirsa learning model on students' metacognitive skill in reproduction system material. The method conducted in this study was quasi experimental using pretest and posttest control group design. The instrument used was metacognitive skill test about reproduction system material amounted 10 valid and high reliable questions. This study was conducted in 31 State High School Jakarta on April 2019. The subjects of this study were 72 eleventh grade students by conducting simple random sampling technique. The validation test showed that 10 out of 10 questions were valid. The reliability test showed the rhitung value was 0,733 and was highly significant. Analysis of prerequisite data used the KolmogorovSmirnov test for normality and the Levene test for homogeneity. The results obtained from the prerequisite test were normally distributed data and came from both homogeneous populations. The effectiveness test of Cirsa learning model with normalized gain calculation obtained a score of 0.42 and included in the medium category. Hypothesis testing using the Independent t-test at α = 0.05 then obtained a significance value of 0.008 which indicated that there was an impact of the Cirsa learning model on understanding the concept of the reproduction system. This study concluded that there was an impact of Cirsa learning model on students' metacognitive skills in learning reproductive system.
