Abstract
Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui kategori tingkat kemahiran Facilitating Learners’ Digital Competence mahasiswa sebagai calon guru vokasional dalam Praktik Keterampilan Mengajar (PKM) di SMK berdasarkan The European Framework for Educators Digital Competence (DigCompEdu). Metode penelitian menggunakan penelitian deskriptif dengan pendekatan kuantitatif. Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan purposive sampling. Sampel penelitian adalah mahasiswa Pendidikan Teknik Bangunan UNJ yang telah melaksanakan Praktik Keterampilan Mengajar (PKM) pada semester ganjil tahun 2023, semester ganjil tahun 2024, dan semester genap tahun 2024 sebanyak 115 responden. Instrumen yang digunakan untuk aspek Facilitating Learners’ Digital Competence mengacu pada kerangka kerja DigCompEdu yang terdiri dari lima indikator yaitu, information & media literacy, communication, content creation, responsible use, dan problem solving. Hasil analisa data menunjukkan bahwa tingkat kemahiran calon guru vokasional pada aspek Facilitating Learners’ Digital Competence dalam Praktik Keterampilan Mengajar berada pada tingkat Leader (C1), didapat dari mayoritas responden sebanyak 75 dari 115 memperoleh rentang skor 109-135 yaitu termasuk dalam kategori Leader. Dari hasil data menunjukkan bahwa responden berada di tingkat Leader (C1) sebanyak 65,22%, tingkat Expert (B2) sebanyak 21,74%, dan tingkat Pioneer (C2) sebanyak 13,04%. Berdasarkan dari indikator yang diukur, Problem Solving memiliki persentase paling tinggi yaitu 71,54%, diikuti Responsible Use sebesar 67,85%, Communication sebesar 67,23%, Information & media literacy sebesar 63,63%, dan Content Creation sebesar 61,42%. Dengan demikian, ditarik kesimpulan bahwa calon guru vokasional memiliki pemahaman yang konsisten dan menyeluruh dalam menggunakan teknologi digital untuk mengembangkan praktik pedagogis dan profesional, terutama pada kemampuan memecahkan masalah pada pembelajaran. ***** The purpose of this study was to determine of category of the level of proficiency of Facilitating Learners’ Digital Competence of students as prospective vocational teachers in Teaching Skills Practice (PKM) at SMK based on The European Framework for Educators Digital Competence (DigCompEdu). The research method used descriptive research with a quantitative approach. The sampling technique used purposive sampling. The research sample was UNJ Building Engineering Education students who had carried out Teaching Skills Practice (PKM) in the odd semester of 2023, odd semester of 2024, and even semester of 2024 as many as 115 respondents. The instrument used for the Facilitating Learners’ Digital Competence aspects refers to the DigCompEdu framework which consists of five indicators, namely, information & media literacy, communication, content creation, responsible use, and problem solving. The results of data analysis show that the level of proficiency of prospective vocational teachers in the Facilitating Learners’ Digital Competence aspect of Teaching Skills Practice (PKM) is at the Leader level (C1), obtained from the majority of respondents as many as 75 out of 115 obtained a score range of 109-135, which is included in the Leader category. The results of data show that 65,22% of respondents are at the Leader (C1) level, 21,74% are at the Expert (B2) level, and 13,04% are at the Pioneer (C2) level. Based on the indicators measured, Problem Solving has the highest percentage at 71,54%, followed by Responsible Use at 67,85%, communication at 67,23%, Information & Media literacy at 63,63%, and content creation at 61,42%. Thus, it is concluded that vocational teacher candidates have a consistent and through understanding of using technology to develop pedagogogical and professional practices, especially in the ability to solve problems in learning.*
