Abstract
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan bagaimana implementasi Program Sekolah/Madrasah Aman Bencana (SMAB) di SMA Negeri 81 Jakarta. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah deskriptif kuantitatif. Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan proporsional sampling sehingga sampel dalam penelitian ini yaitu pihak sekolah, pendidik, tenaga pendidik, dan peserta didik. Instrumen dalam penelitian ini berupa kuesioner. Teknis analisis data ialah analisis deskriptif kuantitatif dengan data persentase. Hasil penelitian menandakan bahwa implementasi program Sekolah/Madrasah Aman Bencana (SMAB) di SMA Negeri 81 Jakarta adalah sebesar 40% telah diimplementasikan. Implementasi tersebut tergambar pada pilar 1 fasilitas sekolah aman sebesar 43%, pada pilar 2 manajemen bencana sebesar 41%, dan pada pilar 3 pendidikan pencegahan dan pengurangan risiko bencana sebesar 35% telah diimplementasikan. Implementasi tersebut adalah gambaran sejauh mana sekolah dalam melaksanakan program SMAB. Namun, untuk mengetahui besaran terwujudnya program SMAB maka dapat dilihat dari indikator keberhasilan yang terdiri dari 2 aspek, yaitu aspek memiliki dan aspek melaksanakan. Besaran keberhasilan program Sekolah/Madrasah Aman Bencana (SMAB) di SMA Negeri 81 Jakarta sesuai dengan 2 aspek tersebut adalah sebesar 67% telah dilaksanakan. Dalam pelaksanaannya, hal ini meliputi tersedianya sarana penanggulangan bencana, prosedur penanggulangan bencana, rencana aksi sekolah aman, pemantauan dan evaluasi, serta adanya simulasi bencana. Sekolah dapat meningkatkan keberhasilan SMAB dengan membentuk tim siaga bencana dan membuat peta ancaman bencana. Pihak sekolah perlu memiliki kesadaran penuh untuk melindungi keselamatan warga sekolah. Dukungan dari berbagai pihak yaitu lembaga terkait kebencanaan juga diperlukan untuk pembaharuan serta evaluasi dalam pelaksanaan program Sekolah/Madrasah Aman Bencana Banjir di SMA Negeri 81 Jakarta. ***** This research aims to describe the implementation of the Disaster Safe School/Madrasah Program (SMAB) at SMA Negeri 81 Jakarta. The research method used is descriptive quantitative. The sampling technique applied proportional sampling, resulting in a sample that included school authorities, educators, educational staff, and students. The instrument used in this research was a questionnaire. The data analysis technique was descriptive quantitative analysis with percentage data. The results of the study indicate that the implementation of the Disaster Safe School/Madrasah Program (SMAB) at SMA Negeri 81 Jakarta has been implemented by 40%. This implementation is reflected in three pillars: 43% for safe school facilities, 41% for disaster management, and 35% for disaster prevention and risk reduction education. This implementation illustrates the extent to which the school has carried out the SMAB program. However, to determine the magnitude of the realization of the SMAB program, it can be seen from the indicators of success, which consist of two aspects: the aspect of having and the aspect of implementing. The success rate of the Disaster Safe School/Madrasah Program (SMAB) at SMA Negeri 81 Jakarta, according to these two aspects, is 67% implemented. In practice, this includes the availability of disaster management facilities, disaster management procedures, a safe school action plan, monitoring and evaluation, and disaster simulations. The school can enhance the success of SMAB by forming a disaster preparedness team and creating a disaster threat map. The school must have full awareness to protect the safety of school members. Support from various parties, namely institutions related to disaster management, is also needed for updates and evaluations in the implementation of the Flood Disaster Safe School/Madrasah Program at SMA Negeri 81 Jakarta.
