Abstract

ABSTRAK FENINA MUTIA RATNA. 2025. Pengaruh Metode Student Team Achievement Division Berbantuan Media Pembelajaran Gamifikasi Berbasis Web Genially Terhadap Keterampilan Menulis Teks Tanggapan Siswa Kelas VII SMP Negeri 101 Jakarta. Skripsi. Jakarta: Program Studi Pendidikan Bahasa dan Sastra Indonesia. Fakultas Bahasa dan Seni. Universitas Negeri Jakarta. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui apakah ada atau tidaknya pengaruh Metode Student Team Achievement Division Berbantuan Media Pembelajaran Gamifikasi Berbasis Web Genially Terhadap Keterampilan Menulis Teks Tanggapan Siswa Kelas VII SMP Negeri 101 Jakarta. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif dengan desain pretest-posttest control group design. Populasi penelitian ini adalah siswa kelas VII SMP Negeri 101 Jakarta. Pada penelitian ini, terdapat dua kelas yang dijadikan sampel penelitian yang didapat dari menggunakan teknik random sampling, yaitu kelas VII A sebagai kelas eksperimen dan kelas VII B sebagai kelas kontrol. Masing-masing kelas berjumlah 31 siswa. Adapun nilai rata-rata pretest pada kelas eksperimen berjumlah 68,26, sedangkan pada posttest berjumlah 81. Selisih rata-rata pada nilai pretest dan posttest sebesar 12,74. Berdasarkan hasil uji hipotesis diperoleh nilai signifikansi (2-tailed) sebesar 0,000 yang lebih kecil dari α = 0.05, sehingga H0 ditolak dan H1 diterima. Hal ini membuktikan bahwa penggunaan metode student team achievement division berbantuan media pembelajaran gamifikasi berbasis web genially mempunyai pengaruh terhadap keterampilan menulis teks tanggapan siswa kelas VII SMP Negeri 101 Jakarta Kata Kunci: student team achievement division, genially, menulis teks tanggapan. The Effect of the Student Team Achievement Division Method Assisted by Genially Web-Based Gamification Learning Media on Writing Skills in Response Texts among Seventh Grade Students of SMP Negeri 101 Jakarta. Thesis. Jakarta: Study Program of Indonesian Language and Literature Education, Faculty of Languages and Arts, State University of Jakarta. This study aims to determine whether there is an effect or not of the Student Team Achievement Division method assisted by Genially Web-based Gamification Learning Media on the writing skills of response texts among seventh-grade students at SMP Negeri 101 Jakarta. This research employs a quantitative method with a pretest-posttest control group design. The population of this study consists of seventh-grade students at SMP Negeri 101 Jakarta. Two classes were selected as the research samples through random sampling techniques: class VII A as the experimental group and class VII B as the control group. Each class consisted of 31 students. The average pretest score in the experimental class was 68.26, while the posttest score was 81. The average difference between the pretest and posttest scores was 12.74. Based on the hypothesis test results, a significance value (2-tailed) of 0.000 was obtained, which is smaller than α = 0.05. Therefore, H0 is rejected and H1 is accepted. This proves that the use of the Student Team Achievement Division method assisted by Genially Web-based Gamification Learning Media has an effect on the writing skills of response texts among seventh-grade students at SMP Negeri 101 Jakarta.
