Abstract

Penelitian ini memiliki tiga tujuan utama, Pertama untuk mendeskripsikan program yang dijalankan oleh Yayasan Amal Khair Yasmin dalam optimalisasi pengelolaan dana Ziswaf. Kedua, untuk mendeskripsikan tata kelola Yayasan Amal Khair Yasmin dalam optimalisasi pengelolaan dana Ziswaf. Ketiga, untuk mendeskripsikan dampak yang dirasakan oleh masyarakat dari program-program yang dijalankan oleh Yayasan Amal Khair Yasmin dan dampak kelembagaan Yayasan Amal Khair Yasmin secara sosial dan keagamaan. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode studi kasus dengan pendekatan kualitatif. Data dalam penelitian ini diperoleh melalui teknik observasi, wawancara mendalam, dokumentasi dan studi pustaka. Dalam penelitian ini, subjek penelitian berjumlah 11 informan yang terbagi menjadi informan kunci dan informan pendukung. Informan kunci, antara lain Fundraising Manager, Program Manager, Manager Program Toko BARBEKU (Barang Bekas Berkualitas), Koordinator Program Toko BARBEKU (Barang Bekas Berkualitas), Anggota Divisi Fundraising dan 2 Mustahik Yayasan Amal Khair Yasmin. Kemudian, informan pendukung yakni 2 Muzaki Yayasan Amal Khair Yasmin dan 2 Warga Sekitar Lokasi Program Yayasan Amal Khair Yasmin. Lokasi penelitian dilakukan di Yayasan Amal Khair Yasmin, Jalan Purnawarman Blok A No. 37 Perumahan Bukit Cirendeu, Pondok Cabe, Ciputat Timur, Tangerang Selatan. Penelitian ini dilakukan sejak Agustus 2024 sampai Desember 2024. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa program-program yang dijalankan oleh Yayasan Amal Khair Yasmin merupakan bentuk mengoptimalisasikan pengelolaan dana Ziswaf. Tata kelola yayasan yang diterapkan oleh Yayasan Amal Khair Yasmin dalam optimalisasi pengelolaan dana Ziswaf merupakan implementasi dari fungsi dasar antara lain perencanaan, pengorganisasian, pemberian komando, pengkoordinasian dan pengawasan. Kemudian, program yang telah dijalankan oleh Yayasan Amal Khair Yasmin membawa dampak baik bagi mustahik, seperti meningkatkan kualitas hidup yang lebih baik bagi mustahik. Selain itu, Yayasan Amal Khair Yasmin juga berdampak secara sosial dan keagamaan, seperti mengajak masyarakat untuk peduli terhadap sesama dan mengikuti anjuran AlQur’an agar menyisihkan sebagian hartanya untuk membantu terhadap sesama. ***** This study has three main objectives, First to describe the programs run by the Khair Yasmin Charity Foundation in optimizing the management of Ziswaf funds. Second, to describe the governance of the Khair Yasmin Charity Foundation in optimizing the management of Ziswaf funds. Third, to describe the impact felt by the community from the programs run by the Khair Yasmin Charity Foundation and the institutional impact of the Khair Yasmin Charity Foundation socially and religiously. This study uses a case study method with a qualitative approach. The data in this study were obtained through observation techniques, in-depth interviews, documentation and literature studies. In this study, the research subjects were 11 informants who were divided into key informants and supporting informants. Key informants include Fundraising Manager, Program Manager, BARBEKU Store Program Manager (Quality Used Goods), BARBEKU Store Program Coordinator (Quality Used Goods), Members of the Fundraising Division and 2 Mustahik of the Khair Yasmin Charity Foundation. Then, the supporting informants are 2 Muzaki of the Khair Yasmin Charity Foundation and 2 Residents Around the Khair Yasmin Charity Foundation Program Location. The location of the research was carried out at the Khair Yasmin Charity Foundation, Jalan Purnawarman Block A No. 37 Bukit Cirendeu Housing, Pondok Cabe, East Ciputat, South Tangerang. This research was conducted from August 2024 to December 2024. The results of the study indicate that the programs run by the Khair Yasmin Charity Foundation are a form of optimizing the management of Ziswaf funds. The governance of the foundation implemented by the Khair Yasmin Charity Foundation in optimizing the management of Ziswaf funds is an implementation of basic functions including planning, organizing, giving commands, coordinating and supervising. Then, the programs that have been run by the Khair Yasmin Charity Foundation have a good impact on mustahik, such as improving the quality of life for mustahik. In addition, the Khair Yasmin Charity Foundation also has a social and religious impact, such as inviting the community to care for others and follow the advice of the Qur'an to set aside some of their wealth to help others.
