Abstract
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan Pengelolaan Barang Milik Negara Dengan Pelabelan Kodefikasi Barang Milik Negara Pada Sekretariat Direktorat Jenderal Pendidikan Anak Usia Dini, Pendidikan Dasar, Dan Pendidikan Menengah, Kemendikbudristek. Sub Fokus penelitian ini adalah perencanaan kodefikasi barang milik negara, pelaksanaan kodefikasi barang milik negara, dan pengendalian kodefikasi barang milik negara. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan metode deskriptif. Pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui observasi, wawancara, dan studi dokumentasi. Informan dalam penelitian ini meliputi: Ketua Sub Tim Kerja Pengelolaan Barang Milik Negara dan Staf Subfungsi Barang Milik Negara. Hasil dari penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: (1) Perencanaan kodefikasi BMN pada Setditjen PAUD Dasmen Kemendikbudristek sudah sesuai dengan Peraturan Menteri Keuangan Republik Indonesia Nomor 181/PMK.06/2016 Tentang Penatausahaan Barang Milik Negara; (2) Pelaksanaan kodefikasi BMN Setditjen PAUD Dasmen Kemendikbudristek berlangsung dengan baik dan lancar dikarenakan sesuai dengan pedoman pelaksanaan dan faktor pendukung dalam proses pelaksanaan yaitu kemampuan anggota tim kerja dan perangkat pendukung dokumentasi serta mempermudah adanya barcode pada label kodefikasi; (3) Setditjen PAUD Dasmen Kemendikbudristek melaksanakan pengendalian dengan mempedomani kebijakan yang berlaku sesuai PMK 29 Tahun 2010 dan melakukan monitoring secara berkala. ***** This research aims to describe the Management of State-Owned Goods (BMN) through the Labeling and Codification of State-Owned Goods at the Secretariat of the Directorate General of Early Childhood Education, Primary Education, and Secondary Education, Ministry of Education, Culture, Research, and Technology. The sub-focus of this research includes the planning of codification for state-owned goods, the implementation of codification for state-owned goods, and the control of codification for state-owned goods. This research uses a qualitative approach with a descriptive method. Data collection was conducted through observation, interviews, and document studies. The informants in this study included: the Chair of the State-Owned Goods Management Sub-Team and the Staff of the State-Owned Goods Sub-function. The results of the study show that: (1) The planning of BMN codification at the Secretariat of the Directorate General of Early Childhood Education, Primary Education, and Secondary Education, Kemendikbudristek is in accordance with the Indonesian Minister of Finance Regulation Number 181/PMK.06/2016 on the Administration of State-Owned Goods; (2) The implementation of BMN codification at the Secretariat of the Directorate General of Early Childhood Education, Primary Education, and Secondary Education, Kemendikbudristek is going smoothly and efficiently, as it adheres to the implementation guidelines and supported by factors such as the capabilities of the team members and supporting documentation devices, as well as the use of barcodes on codification labels; (3) The Secretariat of the Directorate General of Early Childhood Education, Primary Education, and Secondary Education, Kemendikbudristek carries out control by adhering to the applicable policies as per PMK 29/2010 and conducting periodic monitoring.
