Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pelaksanaan program pengembangan kerprofesian berkelanjutan (PKB) dan kontribusinya terhadap kompetensi pedagogik dan profesional guru, serta persepsi guru terhadap pelaksanaan program. Penelitian ini dilakukan di SDIT Al Kawaakib dengan metode penelitian kualitatif pendekatan studi kasus deskriptif. Informan penelitian adalah kepala sekolah dan 4 guru sebagai informan kunci. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi dengan analisis data menggunakan model Miles dan Huberman melalui pengumpulan data yang direduksi dalam fokus penelitian pada program pengembangan keprofesian berkelanjutan dan sub fokus pada kompetensi pedagogik dan kompetensi profesional. Kesimpulan dari hasil penelitian ini adalah dari hasil analisis program PKB adalah ditemukannya model dengan pendekatan secara kolaboratif, partisipatif, integratif, inovatif, adaptif, dan reflektif. Selain itu, program PKB ini memberikan kontribusi pada kompetensi pedagogik dan profesional, hal ini juga didukung oleh sistem sekolah dalam membentuk budaya reflektif, dan persepsi guru yang menemukan relevansi program PKB terintegrasi pada pembelajaran yang berdampak bagi peserta didik. Rekomendasi dari penelitian ini adalah tindaklanjut dari program PKB dalam karya ilmiah yang terpublikasi untuk berbagi praktik baik. ***** This study aimed to analyze the implementation of the Continuous Professional Development (CPD) program and its contribution to the pedagogical and professional competence of teachers, as well as teacher perceptions of the implementation of the program. This study was conducted at SDIT Al Kawaakib with a qualitative research method with a descriptive case study approach. The research informants were the principal and 4 teachers as key informen. Data collection was carried out by observation, interviews, and documentation with data analysis using the Miles and Huberman model through data collection that was reduced in the focus of the research on the CPD program and sub-focus on pedagogical competence and professional competence. The conclusion of the results of this study was that from the results of the analysis of the CPD program, a model was found with a collaborative, participatory, integrative, innovative, adaptive, and reflective approach. In addition, this CPD program contributes to pedagogical and professional competence, this is also supported by the school system in forming a reflective culture and teacher perceptions that find the relevance of the integrated CPD program to learning that has an impact on students. The recommendation from this study is a follow-up to the development of a sustainable professional program in published scientific works to share good practices.
