Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh kepercayaan diri, dukungan sosial, dan perilaku belajar terhadap prestasi belajar siswa dalam mata pelajaran produktif Manajemen Perkantoran dan Layanan Bisnis (MPLB) di SMKN 1 Bogor. Pertanyaan utama dalam penelitian ini mencakup: (1) Apakah self-confidence berpengaruh terhadap prestasi belajar siswa? (2) Apakah dukungan sosial berpengaruh terhadap prestasi belajar siswa? (3) Apakah perilaku belajar berpengaruh terhadap prestasi belajar siswa? (4) Apakah self-confidence, dukungan sosial, dan perilaku belajar secara simultan berpengaruh terhadap prestasi belajar siswa?. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan metode survei. Sampel penelitian terdiri dari 175 siswa yang dipilih melalui teknik proportional random sampling. Data dikumpulkan menggunakan kuesioner dan dianalisis dengan regresi linier berganda menggunakan IBM SPSS Statistics versi 25. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: (1) self-confidence berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap prestasi belajar siswa (t hitung = 3,066 > t tabel = 1,9739), (2) Dukungan sosial berpengaruh positif terhadap prestasi belajar siswa (t hitung = 2,103 > t tabel = 1,9739), (3) Perilaku belajar berpengaruh positif terhadap prestasi belajar siswa (t hitung = 2,548 > t tabel = 1,9739), dan (4) self-confidence, dukungan sosial, dan perilaku belajar secara simultan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap prestasi belajar siswa (F hitung = 40,058 > F tabel = 2,66). Berdasarkan hasil temuan ini, disarankan agar siswa meningkatkan kepercayaan diri, memanfaatkan dukungan sosial secara optimal, dan mengembangkan perilaku belajar yang efektif. Selain itu, guru dan sekolah diharapkan menciptakan lingkungan yang kondusif untuk mendukung perkembangan ketiga faktor tersebut guna meningkatkan prestasi belajar siswa. ***** This study aims to analyze the influence of self-confidence, social support, and learning behavior on students' academic achievement in the productive subject of Office Management and Business Services (MPLB) at SMKN 1 Bogor. The main research questions include: (1) Does self-confidence affect students' academic achievement? (2) Does social support influence students' academic achievement? (3) Does learning behavior impact students' academic achievement? (4) Do selfconfidence, social support, and learning behavior collectively influence students' academic achievement?. This research employs a quantitative approach using a survey method. The sample consists of 175 students selected through proportional random sampling. Data were collected using questionnaires and analyzed using multiple linear regression with IBM SPSS Statistics version 25. The results indicate that: (1) Self-confidence has a positive and significant effect on students' academic achievement (t-value = 3.066 > t-table = 1.9739), (2) Social support positively influences students' academic achievement (t-value = 2.103 > t-table = 1.9739), (3) Learning behavior positively impacts students' academic achievement (t-value = 2.548 > t-table = 1.9739), and (4) Self-confidence, social support, and learning behavior collectively have a significant positive effect on students' academic achievement (F-value = 40.058 > F-table = 2.66). Based on these findings, students are encouraged to enhance their self-confidence, utilize social support effectively, and develop productive learning behaviors. Additionally, teachers and schools are expected to create a supportive environment that fosters the development of these three factors to improve students' academic achievement.
