Abstract

Peningkatan era globalisasi dan perkembangan perdagangan internasional telah mendorong transportasi laut untuk terus berkembang, salah satu kegiatannya yaitu bongkar muat. Pelabuhan menjadi infrastruktur transportasi laut dalam kegiatannya mempunyai peran yang sangat penting dan strategis bagi perkembangan industri dan perdagangan, serta sebagai segmen usaha yang memberikan kontribusi bagi perekonomian dan pembangunan nasional karena sebagai bagian dari mata rantai dari sistem transportasi maupun sistem logistic. Terminal Petikemas Koja Badan Usaha Milik Negara PT Pelindo II Tanjung Priok bekerjasama dengan PT. Hutchison Port Holding yang bergerak di bidang usaha pelayanan jasa terminal bongkar muat dan penumpukan petikemas. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis perhitungan waktu proses truk gate in dan gate out di terminal petikemas koja, diketahui TPK koja mencatat dwelling time truk container masih belum lancer siklus. Data yang digunakan pada penelitian ini bersumber dari data perusahaan terminal petikemas koja, metode analisis data yang digunakan adalah metode anterian dengan menggunakan model teori anterian multichannel queening model. Hasil penelitian membuktikan tingkat pada bulan januari utilisasi tertinggi sebesar 37,5% dengan pelayanan yang rendah. Hal ini dapat mengakibatkan antrian truck yang sangat panjang di area pelabuhan *** The increasing era of globalization and the development of international trade has encouraged maritime transportation to continue to develop, one of the activities being loading and unloading. Ports are maritime transportation infrastructure, in their activities they have a very important and strategic role for the development of industry and trade, as well as as a business segment that contributes to the economy and national development because they are part of the chain of transportation systems and logistics systems. Koja Container Terminal, State-Owned Enterprise PT Pelindo II Tanjung Priok in collaboration with PT. Hutchison Port Holding is engaged in the loading and unloading terminal services and container stacking services. This research aims to analyze the calculation of gate in and gate out process times for trucks at the Koja container terminal. It is known that the Koja TPK notes that the dwelling time of container trucks is still not in a smooth cycle. The data used in this research comes from data from the Koja container terminal company. The data analysis method used is the queuing method using the multichannel queening queuing theory model. The research results prove that in January the highest utilization rate was 37.5% with low service. This can result in very long truck queues in the port area.
