Abstract
ABSTRAK Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk: 1) Mengembangkan model pelatihan AEL untuk Guru SD; 2) Menganalisis kelayakan model pelatihan AEL; dan 3) Menganalisis efektivitas model pelatihan AEL. Model pelatihan yang dikembangkan berbasis ADLE (Active Deep Learning Experience). Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian dan pengembangan (RnD) dengan pendekatan metode penelitian dan pengembangan model desain instruksional Dick and Carey yang dilakukan di SDIT Citra Az Zahra, Jakarta Barat pada Tahun 2024. Pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui wawancara, angket, pre-test dan post-test, dan dokumentasi. Teknik analisis data menggunakan uji kelayakan, uji normalitas (uji Wilcoxon), dan uji efektivitas (N-Gain). Produk kemudian divalidasi berdasarkan tahapan: 1) Experts Review, 2) One-to-one Evaluation, 3) Small Group Evaluation dan 4) Field Trial. Hasil uji kelayakan model memenuhi syarat kelayakan dan kepraktisan. Berdasarkan hasil uji kelayakan expert review didapatkan hasil rerata skor 86,5. Pada nilai rerata evalusi kelas dari one-to-one sebesar 98,2, small group 73,6, dan field trial 67,11 serta didapati hasil uji efektivitas dengan skor 0.849 atau 84.98 %. Berdasarkan hasil tersebut maka dapat disimpulkan bahwa Pengembangan Model Pelatihan Active Empathic Listening (AEL) berbasis Active Deep Learning Experience (ADLE) untuk Guru SD terbukti dapat meningkatkan pengetahuan dan keterampilan guru SD dalam berkomunikasi terutama mendengarkan aktif dan empatik. Hasil penelitian ini memberikan rekomendasi untuk penelitian AEL selanjutnya pada subjek penelitian yang lebih luas seperti orang tua siswa SD. Disarankan juga agar AEL menjadi materi pokok bagi pelatihan guru untuk meningkatkan keterampilan guru di sekolah. ABSTRACT This study aims to: 1) Develop an AEL training model for Elementary School Teachers; 2) Analyze the feasibility of the AEL training model; and 3) Analyze the effectiveness of the AEL training model. The training model developed is based on ADLE (Active Deep Learning Experience). This research is a research and development (RnD) with a research method approach and development of the Dick and Carey instructional design model conducted at SDIT Citra Az Zahra, West Jakarta in 2024. Data collection was carried out through interviews, questionnaires, pre-tests and post-tests, and documentation. The data analysis technique used a feasibility test, normality test (Wilcoxon test), and effectiveness test (N-Gain). The product was then validated based on the following stages: 1) Experts Review, 2) One-to-one Evaluation, 3) Small Group Evaluation and 4) Field Trial. The results of the model feasibility test met the feasibility and practicality requirements. Based on the results of the expert review feasibility test, the average score was 86.5. The average value of one-to-one class evaluation was 98.2, small group 73.6, and field trial 67.11 and the results of the effectiveness test were obtained with a score of 0.849 or 84.98%. Based on these results, it can be concluded that the Development of the Active Empathic Listening (AEL) Training Model based on Active Deep Learning Experience (ADLE) for Elementary School Teachers has been proven to improve the knowledge and skills of elementary school teachers in communicating, especially active and empathetic listening. The results of this study provide recommendations for further AEL research on broader research subjects such as parents of elementary school students. It is also recommended that AEL be the main material for teacher training to improve teacher skills in schools.
