Abstract

Pada abad 21 pembelajaran menuntut siswa untuk terlibat aktif dalam memahami materi, berpikir kritis, berkolaborasi, berkreasi, dan berkomunikasi secara efektif. Namun, partisipasi siswa di Indonesia masih menjadi tantangan, tercermin dari rendahnya peringkat pada PISA 2022. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh Efikasi Diri dan Motivasi Akademik terhadap Keterlibatan Siswa melalui Ketangkasan Belajar. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah kuantitatif dengan pendekatan Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) menggunakan SmartPLS versi 4. Sampel penelitian menggunakan rumus Taro Yamane dengan tingkat kesalahan 5% dan menghasilkan sebanyak 155 responden yang dipilih melalui teknik probability sampling. Teknik analisis data menggunakan uji: Outer Model, Inner Model, dan Pengujian Hipotesis. Hasil analisis jalur hipotesis penelitian menghasilkan hasil < 0.05 dan R-square untuk variabel Y sebesar 75,8%, sedangkan untuk variabel Z sebesar 79%. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Efikasi Diri dan Motivasi Akademik berpengaruh signifikan dan positif terhadap Keterlibatan Siswa melalui Ketangkasan Belajar secara langsung dan tidak langsung. Temuan tersebut menegaskan pentingnya pembelajaran interaktif dengan strategi bertahap yang berfokus pada manfaat jangka panjang. Dengan pendekatan yang tepat, keterlibatan, kepercayaan diri, dan motivasi siswa dapat ditingkatkan untuk mendukung proses pembelajaran yang lebih efektif.***** In the 21st century, learning requires students to be actively involved in understanding the material, thinking critically, collaborating, being creative, and communicating effectively. However, student participation in Indonesia is still a challenge, as reflected in the low ranking in PISA 2022. This study aims to analyze the effect of Self-Efficacy and Academic Motivation on Student Engagement through Learning Agility. The research method used is quantitative with the Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) approach using SmartPLS version 4. The research sample used the Taro Yamane formula with an error rate of 5% and produced 155 respondents selected through probability sampling techniques. The data analysis technique used the test: Outer Model, Inner Model, and Hypothesis Testing. The results of the research hypothesis path analysis produced results <0.05 and R-square for the Y variable of 75.8%, while for the Z variable it was 79%. The results showed that Self-Efficacy and Academic Motivation had a significant and positive effect on Student Engagement through Learning Agility directly and indirectly. The findings underscore the importance of interactive learning with a gradual strategy that focuses on long-term benefits. With the right approach, student engagement, confidence, and motivation can be increased to support a more effective learning process
