Abstract
Tujuan dari penelitian ini untuk mengetahui gaya bahasa retoris berupa laiterasi, hiperbola, dan pertanyaan retoris. Serta gaya Bahasa kiasan berupa simile, metafora, metoimia, dan personifikasi pada teks naskah pidato yang terdapat pada pemenang juara pertama dan kedua pada Lomba Pidato Bahasa Jepang Tingkat Nasional The Japan Foundation tahun 2018-2019. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode analisis deskriptif kualitatif. Peneliti menggunakan teknik dokumentasi untuk mengumpulkan data penelitian. Kemudian menggunakan teknik dasar (BUL) dari metode agih untuk menganalisis data. Berdasarkan hasil analisis ditemukan 33 data, yaitu pada gaya bahasa retoris ditemukan empat gaya bahasa aliterasi, dua gaya bahasa hiperbola, dan 10 gaya bahasa pertanyaan retoris; kemudian pada gaya bahasa kiasan terdapat tiga gaya bahasa simile, enam gaya bahasa metafora, tiga gaya bahasa metonimia, dan lima gaya bahasa personifikasi. Gaya bahasa yang banyak digunakan adalah gaya bahasa retoris yaitu pertanyaan retoris. Pertanyaan retoris ditujukan berfungsi untuk memperkuat kata-kata yang ingin disampaikan serta teknik memancing pembicaraan dengan memaksa pendengar supaya ikut serta berpikir untuk memecahkan masalah. The purpose of this study is to determine the style of language rhetorical form of alliteration, hyperbole, and rhetorical questions. Furthermore, the style of figurative language in the form of simile, metaphor, metonimia, and personificationis also observed in the text of the manuscript of the speech contained on the winner from the first and the second winner of the National Japanese Speech Contest, The Japan Foundation in 2018-2019. This research apply qualitative descriptive analysis method: the author collects the data using documentation technique. Afterwards,the basic techniques (immediate constituents technique) from agih method is applied to to analyze the data. The finding of the study shows there are 33 data, on the style of the language of rhetorical; four styles of language alliteration, two styles of the language of hyperbole, and 10 language style rhetorical question. Then on the style of figurative language there are three styles of language simile, six styles of the language of metaphor, three styles of language metonimia, and five style of language personification. The style of language used is the language style of rhetorical i.e. rhetorical questions. A rhetorical question is intended to reinforce the words to be conveyed as well as the provoke technique of conversation by forcing the listener to join as well as thinking to solve the problem.
