Abstract
This research aims to analyze the optimization of the role of CLC SMM in non-formal education services in South Jakarta through the implementation of technology and the Merdeka Curriculum. This research uses a qualitative approach with Interpretative Phenomenological Analysis (IPA), which explores the experiences and perspectives of CLC manager and teachers. The findings show that CLC has succeeded in developing an innovative educational model based on blended learning with 12 competencies, creating a learning ecosystem that is flexible, technological, and student-centered. This CLC acts as (1) a catalyst for educational transformation, (2) an incubator for pedagogical innovation, (3) a facilitator of educational access, (4) ecosystem empowerment, and (5) a translator of educational policies. With these five roles, CLC SMM has transformed non-formal education through community empowerment strategies, the use of digital technology, and a holistic pedagogical approach that can be obtained by everyone, including athletes, artists, and individuals with busy activities.
