Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis biaya pengiriman barang domestik pada Perusahaan guna mengidentifikasi faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi efisiensi dan efektivitas dalam proses distribusi. Studi ini dilakukan dengan pendekatan kuantitatif dan kualitatif, menggunakan data biaya operasional, serta faktor eksternal yang berpengaruh seperti biaya tol. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa biaya pengiriman dipengaruhi oleh berbagai variabel, termasuk jenis moda transportasi, rute pengiriman, serta strategi logistik yang diterapkan perusahaan. Dengan penerapan strategi optimal seperti pemilihan rute yang efisien,, dan kerja sama dengan pihak ketiga, Perusahaan dapat mengurangi biaya operasional sekaligus meningkatkan kualitas layanan pengiriman. Kesimpulan dari penelitian ini menekankan pentingnya pengelolaan biaya yang efektif dalam meningkatkan daya saing perusahaan. Oleh karena itu, disarankan agar perusahaan terus melakukan evaluasi dan inovasi dalam sistem logistiknya guna mencapai efisiensi yang lebih baik di masa depan. ***** This study aims to analyze the Company's domestic freight forwarding costs to identify factors that affect efficiency and effectiveness in the distribution process. The study was conducted using a quantitative and qualitative approach, using data on operational costs, shipment volumes, as well as influential external factors such as infrastructure and regulations. The results show that shipping costs are influenced by various variables, including the type of transportation mode, shipping routes, and logistics strategies implemented by the company. By implementing optimal strategies such as efficient route selection, utilization of technology in distribution management, and cooperation with third parties, the Company can reduce operational costs while improving the quality of delivery services. The conclusion of this study emphasizes the importance of effective cost management in improving the company's competitiveness. Therefore, it is recommended that the company continue to evaluate and innovate its logistics system to achieve better efficiency in the future.
