Abstract

Penelitian ini mengkaji kebutuhan peningkatan efisiensi metode pembelajaran berdasarkan temuan bahwa 42,9% responden menilainya masih kurang optimal. Hal ini menunjukkan perlunya evaluasi dan perbaikan untuk meningkatkan efisiensi. memiliki tujuan untuk mengembangkan desain pelatihan dasar kepemimpinan bagi siswa SMA dengan pendekatan Case-Based Leraning. Metode yang dikembangan melalui penelitian (R&D) dengan pendekatan model Dick and Carey. Pengembangan model melalui pengumpulan dan analisis data informasi untuk mengetauhi permasalahan kemudian dengan langkah-langkah pengembangan sesuai dengan Dick and Carey. Produk yang dihasilkan berupa desain pelatihan dasar kepemimpinan dilengkapi dengan modul dan media pembelajaran. Evaluasi formatif oleh ahli desain instruksional, materi, media menunjukkan bahwa desain pelatihan ini sangat baik. Uji coba one to one serta kelompok kecil menunjukkan bahwa desain pelatihan ini sangat baik dalam hal kejelasan, dan kelayakan. Uji coba lapangan kepada 17 siswa SMA menunjukkan bahwa desain pembelajaran sangat baik, sesuai dengan tujuan pembelejaran, memberikan pengalaman belajar kepada siswa SMA menghasilkan nilai pre-test yang diperoleh oleh peserta pelatihan 81,65 % dan post-test 93, 88 %. Data validitas menunjukkan bahwa nilai r hitung (Corrected Item-Total Correlation) > r tabel sebesar 0,396. Jadi hasil koefisien reliabilitas instrument penilaian adalah sebesar rll = 0,929 dinyatakan bahwa reliable atau memenuhi persyaratan. Penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa pendekatan Case-Based Learning dalam pelatihan dasar kepemimpinan efektif dalam meningkatkan pemahaman dan keterampilan kepemimpinan siswa SMA. ****** This study examines the need to improve the efficiency of learning methods based on the finding that 42.9% of respondents rated it as suboptimal. This indicates the need for evaluation and improvement to increase efficiency. has the aim of developing a basic leadership training design for high school students with a Case-Based Leraning approach. The method developed through research (R&D) with the Dick and Carey model approach. The development of the model through collecting and analysing information data to find out the problem then with development steps in accordance with Dick and Carey. The resulting product is a basic leadership training design equipped with modules and learning media. Formative evaluation by instructional design experts, materials, media showed that this training design was very good. One to one and small group trials showed that the training design was excellent in terms of clarity, and feasibility. The field trial to 17 high school students showed that the learning design was excellent, in accordance with the learning objectives, providing learning experience to high school students resulting in a pre-test score obtained by the trainees of 81.65% and post-test of 93, 88%. The validity data shows that the value of r count (Corrected Item-Total Correlation) > r table of 0.396. So the result of the reliability coefficient of the assessment instrument is equal to rll = 0.929 stated that it is reliable or meets the requirements. This study shows that the Case-Based Learning approach in basic leadership training is effective in improving the understanding and leadership skills of high school students.
