Abstract

Penelitian dan pengembangan ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan proses pengembangan dan mengetahui kualitas kelayakan produk media pembelajaran audio visual berupa film pendek “BAKTI” berbasis problem based learning (pbl) sebagai media penunjang pembelajaran Pendidikan Pancasila kelas IV Sekolah Dasar. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah Research and Development (R&D) dengan model pengembangan ADDIE (analysis, design, development, implementation, and evaluation). Teknik analisis data yang digunakan berupa Teknik analisis data kuantitatif dan kualitatif dengan subjek penelitian meliputi 3 ahli (ahli bahasa, ahli media, ahli materi), 3 peserta didik untuk one to one, 6 peserta didik untuk small group, dan 25 peserta didik untuk field test. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan observasi, wawancara, dan kuesioner. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan tingkat kelayakan dari produk berdasarkan hasil uji validasi ahli bahasa memperoleh persentase sebesar 98% yang termasuk dalam kategori “Sangat Baik”, hasil uji validasi ahli materi memperoleh persentase sebesar 93% yang termasuk dalam kategori “Sangat Baik”, hasil uji validasi ahli media memperoleh persentase sebesar 84% yang termasuk dalam kategori “Sangat Baik”, kemudian uji pengguna kepada peserta didik terdiri dari uji one to one sebanyak 3 peserta didik dengan hasil 98,6% yang termasuk dalam kategori “Sangat Baik”, uji small group sebanyak 6 peserta didik dengan hasil 98,3% yang termasuk dalam kategori “Sangat Baik”, dan uji field test sebanyak 25 peserta didik dengan hasil 99,8% yang termasuk dalam kategori “Sangat Baik”. Berdasarkan hasil validasi oleh para ahli dan uji pengguna, maka film pendek “BAKTI” berbasis problem based learning dikategorikan “Sangat Baik” dan dinyatakan “Layak” untuk digunakan dalam pembelajaran Pendidikan Pancasila khususnya pada materi hak dan kewajiban kelas IV SD. Kata kunci: Media Pembelajaran, Film Pendek, Problem Based Learning, Pendidikan Pancasila, Sekolah Dasar ************* This research and development aims to describe the development process and determine the quality of the feasibility of an audio-visual learning media product in the form of the short film "BAKTI" based on problem based learning (PBL) as a media to support the learning of Pancasila education for grade IV elementary schools. The research method used is Research and Development (R&D) with the ADDIE (analysis, design, development, implementation, and evaluation) development model. The data analysis techniques used are quantitative and qualitative data analysis techniques with research subjects including 3 experts (linguist experts, media experts, material experts), 3 students for one to one, 6 students for small groups, and 25 students for field test. Data collection was carried out by observation, interviews and questionnaires. The results of this research show the level of suitability of the product based on the results of the validation test, the linguist obtained a percentage of 98% which was included in the "Very Good" category, the results of the material expert validation test obtained a percentage of 93% which was included in the "Very Good" category, the results of the validation test media experts obtained a percentage of 84% which was included in the "Very Good" category, then the user test on students consisted of a one to one test of 3 students with a result of 98.6% which was included in the "Very Good" category, a small group test of 6 students with a result of 98.3% which was included in the "Very Good" category. Good", and a field test of 25 students with a result of 99.8% which is included in the "Very Good" category. Based on the results of validation by experts and user tests, the short film "BAKTI" based on problem based learning was categorized as "Very Good" and declared "Appropriate" for use in learning Pancasila education, especially in the material on rights and obligations for class IV elementary school.
