Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan implementasi program link and match melalui kelas pesanan di SMK Negeri 26 Pembangunan Jakarta. Sub fokus penelitian ini adalah desain program link and match melalui kelas pesanan, pelaksanaan kerjasama program link and match melalui kelas pesanan dengan Dunia Usaha/Dunia Industri, kendala dan solusinya. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan metode deskriptif. Pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui observasi, wawancara, serta studi dokumentasi. Informan dalam penelitian ini meliputi : Kepala Sekolah, Wakil Kepala Sekolah bidang Humas dan Kemitraan, Wakil Kepala Sekolah bidang Kurikulum, Koordinator BKK (Bursa Kerja Khusus), Penanggung Jawab Kelas Pesanan, Perusahaan dan Peserta Didik. Penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa : (1) Program kelas pesanan merupakan kelas khusus yang disiapkan oleh sekolah untuk menjalankan Instruksi Presiden No. 9 Tahun 2016 mengenai Revitalisasi SMK, (2) Pelaksanaan kerjasama program link and match melalui kelas pesanan dengan Dunia Usaha/Dunia Industri melalui 5 tahap yaitu sinkronisasi kurikulum, upgrading guru, standarisasi sarana dan prasarana, sertifikasi peserta didik dan rekrutmen, (3) Kendala yang dihadapi dalam pelaksanaan program link and match melalui kelas pesanan ini adalah penyusunan kurikulum implementatif serta pembuatan MoU. This study aims to describe the implementation of link and match program through booked classes at SMK Negeri 26 Pembangunan Jakarta. The sub focus of this research is the design of link and match program through booked classes, implementation of link and match program cooperation with Business / Industrial World through booked classes , constraints in implementation of link and match program through booked classes and the solutions. This research uses a qualitative approach with descriptive method. Data collection is done through observation, interviews, and documentation study. Informants in this research include: School Principal, Vice Principal for Public Relations and Partnerships, Vice Principal for Curriculum, BKK Coordinator (Special Work Exchange), Person in Charge of Booked Classes, Companies and Students. This research shows that: (1) The booked class program is a special class prepared by schools to carry out Presidential Instruction No. 9 year 2016 concerning Vocational School Revitalization, (2) Implementation of link and match program cooperation with Business / Industrial World through booked classes through 5 stages which are curriculum synchronization, teacher upgrading, standardization of facilities and infrastructure, student certification and recruitment, (3) Constraints encountered in implementing the link and match program through this booked class is the preparation of an implementative curriculum and the making of MoU.
