Abstract
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis model perencanaan strategis di SMKN 27 Jakarta dalam meningkatkan kualitas pendidikan vokasi. Penelitian ini menyoroti bagaimana sekolah merumuskan visi, misi, dan tujuan, menganalisis linkungan secara internal dan eksternal hingga mengimplementasikan perencanaan strategis yang telah dirancang dengan terus menyesuaikan diri terhadap perkembangan industri dan dunia kerja. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah studi kasus, di mana data dikumpulkan melalui observasi, wawancara, dan studi dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa SMKN 27 Jakarta menerapkan strategi yang mencakup penyelarasan kurikulum dengan standar industri, peningkatan kerja sama dengan dunia usaha dan industri (DUDI), serta optimalisasi sumber daya melalui status sebagai Badan Layanan Umum Daerah (BLUD). Selain itu, meskipunsekolah juga menghadapi tantangan dalam pengelolaan teaching factory dan adaptasi terhadap perubahan kebijakan pendidikan, SMKN 27 Jakarta tetap mampu membuat perencanaan strategis yang baik guna meningkatkan kualitas pendidikan di SMKN 27 Jakarta. Dengan analisis lingkungan internal dan eksternal yang komprehensif, SMKN 27 Jakarta mampu merancang strategi yang mendukung keberlanjutan dan daya saing lulusannya. Penelitian ini diharapkan dapat menjadi referensi bagi sekolah vokasi lain dalam menerapkan model perencanaan strategis yang efektif dan berorientasi pada kebutuhan industri. **** This research aims to analyze the strategic planning framework at SMKN 27 Jakarta inimproving the quality of vocational education. This research highlights how the school formulates its vision, mission, and objectives, analysis of both the internal and external environments, and implements the strategic planning that has been designed while continuously adapting to the developments in the industry workforce. The method used in this research is a case study analysis, where data is collected through observation, interviews, and document studies. The research results show that SMKN 27 Jakarta implements strategies that include aligning the curriculum with industry standards, enhancing cooperation with the business and industrial world (DUDI), and optimizing resources through its status as a Regional Public Service Agency (BLUD). In addition, although the school also faces challenges in managing the various teaching factors and adapting to changes in educational policies, SMKN 27 Jakarta profusely executes strategic planning to improve the quality of education at SMKN 27 Jakarta at a satisfactory level. With a comprehensive analysis of both the internal and external environments, SMKN 27 Jakarta is able to design strategies that support the sustainability and competitiveness of its graduates. This research is expected to serve as a reference for other vocational schools in implementing an effective strategic planning model that is oriented towards industry needs.
