Abstract

*ABSTRAK* Ghassani Inca Rana Lutfina, 1205620071. “Model Media Evaluasi Dalam Pembelajaran Bahasa Arab Berbasis Permainan Elektronik Educaplay (Penelitian Pengembangan di Kelas 8 SMP Muhammadiyah 3 Jakarta)”. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan produk model media evaluasi pembelajaran bahasa Arab berbasis permainan elektronik Educaplay untuk mengevaluasi keterampilan mendengar dan unsur kebahasaan kosakata di kelas 8 SMP Muhammadiyah 3 Jakarta. Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk membantu mengatasi kurangnya variasi media evaluasi yang dirasakan oleh siswa dalam mengerjakan evaluasi pembelajaran bahasa Arab yang materinya disesuaikan dengan materi di buku pelajaran bahasa arab kelas 8 SMP Muhammadiyah, serta meningkatkan motivasi belajar siswa terhadap pelajaran bahasa Arab. Metode penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode penelitian dan pengembangan (R&D) dengan menggunakan model ADDIE (Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, Evaluation). Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan 5 tahap, yaitu untuk mengetahui hasil analisis kebutuhan siswa kelas 8 SMP Muhammadiyah 3 Jakarta, desain produk, pengembangan produk, implementasi produk, serta mengetahui evaluasi produk media evaluasi pembelajaran bahasa Arab berbasis permainan elektronik Educaplay. Berdasarkan data penelitian yang diperoleh, peneliti dapat menyimpulkan bahwa hasil analisis kebutuhan siswa menunjukkan kurangnya variasi media evaluasi yang digunakan saat ini dan merasa teknologi dapat mempermudah proses pembelajaran bahasa arab, sehingga siswa membutuhkan inovasi untuk membantu memotivasi mereka dalam mempelajari bahasa Arab melalui evaluasi yang menarik dan menyenangkan. Hasil analisis kebutuhan terhadap 22 siswa menunjukkan bahwa 63,6% siswa merasa merasa media evaluasi yang digunakan untuk pembelajaran bahasa Arab saat ini kurang beragam dan 86,4% siswa merasa lebih termotivasi jika evaluasi dilakukan melalui permainan elektronik Oleh karena itu, diperlukan pengembangan media evaluasi pembelajaran bahasa Arab berbasis permainan elektronik Educaplay. Penilaian terhadap produk berdasarkan validasi yang dilakukan oleh para ahli. Hasil penilaian ini mendapatkan kategori "Sangat Layak" dengan persentase 94% dari ahli materi dan mendapatkan kategori "Sangat Layak" dengan persentase 90% juga dari ahli media. Serta mendapatkan kategori "Sangat Layak" dengan presentase 84,6% dari hasil evaluasi uji coba, tanggapan siswa terhadap media. Dengan demikian, produk media permainan elektronik educaplay yang telah peneliti kembangkan sangat layak untuk digunakan dalam Evaluasi pembelajaran bahasa Arab. Thesis. Jakarta: Department of Arabic Language Education, Faculty of Language and Arts, Jakarta State University, 2025. This study aims to develop a product model for Arabic language learning evaluation media based on the Educaplay electronic game, specifically designed to assess listening skills and vocabulary elements for 8th grade students at Muhammadiyah 3 Jakarta Junior High School. This study was conducted to help overcome the lack of variation in evaluation media felt by students in completing Arabic language learning evaluations whose material is adapted to the material in the Arabic language textbook for 8th grade students at Muhammadiyah 3 Junior High School, as well as to increase students' learning motivation for Arabic language lessons. The research method used in this study is the research and development (R&D) method using the ADDIE model (Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, Evaluation). This study included analyzing the needs of 8th-grade students of Muhammadiyah 3 Jakarta Junior High School, product design, product development, and product implementation, and determining the evaluation of the Arabic language learning evaluation media based on the Educaplay electronic game. Based on the research data collected, the researcher can conclude that the results of the student needs analysis show a lack of variation in the evaluation media currently used and feel that technology can facilitate the Arabic language learning process, hence students need innovation to help motivate them in learning Arabic through interesting and fun evaluations. The results of the needs analysis of 22 students showed that 63.6% of students felt that the evaluation media used for Arabic language learning were currently less diverse and 86.4% of students felt more motivated if the evaluation was carried out through electronic games. Therefore, it is necessary to develop an evaluation media for Arabic language learning based on Educaplay electronic games. The product's effectiveness was assessed through validation by experts. The evaluation results indicated that it falls under the "Very Eligible" category, receiving a score of 94% from material experts and 90% from media experts. Additionally, it garnered a “Very Eligible” rating of 84.6% from trial evaluations and student feedback. Therefore, the Educaplay electronic game-based evaluation media developed in this study is deemed very eligible for use in Arabic language learning assessments.
