Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengevaluasi program pelatihan desain grafis di PPKPI Pasar Rebo, Jakarta Timur, menggunakan pendekatan deskriptif kualitatif dengan model evaluasi CIPP (Context, Input, Process, Product). Subjek penelitian adalah 30 siswa, dan data dikumpulkan melalui observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Analisis data dilakukan dengan langkah pengumpulan, reduksi, penyajian, dan penarikan kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: 1) Evaluasi konteks program pelatihan sudah baik, dengan dasar hukum yang jelas, tugas dan fungsi lembaga yang sesuai, serta tujuan program yang terdefinisi dengan baik dan indikator ketercapaian yang jelas; 2) Evaluasi input program pelatihan juga baik, dengan kualifikasi pendidikan pengelola yang memadai, instruktur berkualitas, namun terdapat masalah dengan alat praktek komputer yang sering mengalami crash dan lambat; 3) Evaluasi proses pelatihan menunjukkan keberhasilan, dengan jadwal dan daftar presensi yang teratur, standar monitoring yang jelas, serta metode dan model pembelajaran yang sesuai kurikulum; 4) Evaluasi produk pelatihan menunjukkan hasil yang baik, dengan tingkat kelulusan peserta mencapai 100% dan sesuai dengan indikator ketercapaian program. Secara keseluruhan, program pelatihan desain grafis di PPKPI Pasar Rebo dapat dikatakan sudah berjalan dengan baik meski masih ada beberapa area yang perlu perbaikan.*****This study aims to evaluate the graphic design training program at PPKPI Pasar Rebo, East Jakarta, using a qualitative descriptive approach with the CIPP (Context, Input, Process, Product) evaluation model. The subjects of the study were 30 students, and data were collected through observation, interviews, and documentation. Data analysis was carried out with the steps of collection, reduction, presentation, and drawing conclusions. The results of the study indicate that: 1) The evaluation of the training program context is good, with a clear legal basis, appropriate institutional duties and functions, and well-defined program objectives and clear achievement indicators; 2) The evaluation of the training program input is also good, with adequate educational qualifications of managers, qualified instructors, but there are problems with computer practice tools that often crash and are slow; 3) The evaluation of the training process shows success, with a regular schedule and attendance list, clear monitoring standards, and learning methods and models that are in accordance with the curriculum; 4) The evaluation of the training product shows good results, with a participant graduation rate reaching 100% and in accordance with the program achievement indicators. Overall, the graphic design training program at PPKPI Pasar Rebo can be said to have run well even though there are still some areas that need improvement.
