Abstract

Pusat Kegiatan Belajar Masyarakat (PKBM) merupakan lembaga pendidikan nonformal yang memainkan peran penting dalam pemberdayaan masyarakat melalui beragam program pembelajaran kesetaraan. PKBM menyelenggarakan kegiatan pembelajaran yang mencakup berbagai program pendidikan, mulai dari Pendidikan Anak Usia Dini, Pendidikan Kesetaraan (Paket A, B, C), hingga Pendidikan Keterampilan dan Pemberdayaan. Program Paket C PKBM membantu masyarakat untuk mendapat akses pemerataan pendidikan. Tata kelola PKBM yang baik, khususnya pada program Paket C sangat berdampak dalam menghasilkan lulusan berkualitas untuk masuk dalam dunia usaha dunia industri. Strategi kolaborasi, dengan perencanaan yang baik, pengembangan kurikulum dan melibatkan dunia usaha dunia industri untuk berpartisipasi sebagai perwujudan tata kelola yang baik. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk meneliti penyusunan perencanaan Paket C Pusat Kegiatan Belajar Masyarakat dan mengkaji pelaksanaan kolaborasi antara Pusat Kegiatan Belajar Masyarakat dengan dunia industri, hambatan kolaborasi dan cara antisipasi serta penyelesaiannya. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan metode studi kasus. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pelaksanaan program pendidikan kesetaraan Paket C berdasarkan perencanaan yang baik dan melibatkan dunia usaha dunia industri ditemukan telah meningkatkan kualitas lulusan dan meningkatkan penyerapan lulusan di dunia usaha dunia industri lebih cepat dan efektif. ***** Community Learning Activity Center (PKBM) is a non-formal educational institution that plays an important role in community empowerment through various equal learning programs. PKBM organizes learning activities that cover various educational programs, ranging from early childhood education, equal education (Package A, B, C), to skills and empowerment Education. The PKBM Package C program helps the community to gain access to equal education. Good PKBM governance, especially in the Package C program, has a significant impact on producing quality graduates to enter the business world and industry. Collaboration strategy, with good planning, curriculum development and involving the business world and industry to participate as a manifestation of good governance. The purpose of this study was to examine the preparation of the Community Learning Activity Center Package C planning and to examine the implementation of collaboration between the Community Learning Activity Center and the industry, as well as obstacles to collaboration and how to anticipate their resolution. This study uses a qualitative approach with a case study method. The results of the study indicate that the implementation of the Package C equal education program based on good planning and involving the business world and industry was found to have improved the quality of graduates and increased the absorption of graduates in the business world and industry more quickly and effectively.
