Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh mentoring keislaman terhadap religiositas mahasiswa di Badan Semi Otonom Masjid Al-Ijtima’i (BSO MAI) Fakultas Ilmu Sosial dan Hukum (FISH) Universitas Negeri Jakarta (UNJ). Fenomena globalisasi dan perkembangan media sosial memberikan dampak signifikan terhadap moral dan kesehatan mental generasi muda. Dalam konteks ini, religiositas memainkan peran penting dalam membentuk karakter dan kesejahteraan mental mahasiswa. Mentoring keislaman sebagai bentuk pembinaan Islam berbasis kelompok teman sebaya diharapkan dapat meningkatkan aspek religiositas mahasiswa. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan metode survei. Sampel penelitian terdiri dari 38 mahasiswa yang pernah atau masih aktif sebagai peserta mentoring di BSO MAI FISH UNJ. Pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui kuesioner yang telah diuji validitas dan reliabilitasnya. Variabel religiositas diukur berdasarkan empat dimensi religiositas dari teori Glock & Stark, yaitu dimensi praktik agama, pengalaman agama, pengetahuan agama, dan konsekuensi agama. Analisis data dilakukan dengan uji regresi sederhana, uji korelasi, serta uji koefisien determinasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan antara mentoring keislaman terhadap religiositas mahasiswa. Uji regresi sederhana menghasilkan persamaan Y = 20.691 + 0.456X, dengan nilai signifikansi <0,001, yang menunjukkan bahwa mentoring keislaman berkontribusi dalam meningkatkan religiositas mahasiswa. Berdasarkan hasil ini, dapat disimpulkan bahwa program mentoring keislaman yang diterapkan di BSO MAI FISH UNJ memiliki dampak positif terhadap pembentukan religiositas mahasiswa, baik dalam aspek praktik ibadah, pengalaman spiritual, pemahaman agama, maupun perilaku religius mereka dalam kehidupan sehari-hari. In the era of rapid globalization, social and cultural changes have significantly impacted the moral values and mental well-being of the younger generation. Religiosity plays a crucial role in fostering moral development and psychological stability among students. Islamic mentoring, as a peer-based religious education program, is designed to enhance students' understanding and practice of Islamic values. This research employs a quantitative approach using a survey method. The sample consists of 38 students who have participated or are currently engaged in Islamic mentoring at BSO MAI FISH UNJ, selected through stratified proportional random sampling. Data were collected through a validated and reliable questionnaire. Religiosity was measured based on four dimensions from Glock and Stark’s theory: religious practice, religious experience, religious knowledge, and religious consequences. Data analysis was conducted using simple regression analysis, correlation tests, and the coefficient of determination. The findings reveal a significant impact of Islamic mentoring on students' religiosity. The simple regression analysis resulted in the equation Y = 20.691 + 0.456X, with a significance value of p < 0.001, indicating that greater participation in Islamic mentoring is associated with higher levels of religiosity. These results suggest that the Islamic mentoring program at BSO MAI FISH UNJ plays a vital role in shaping students' religiosity, particularly in their religious practices, spiritual experiences, knowledge of Islam, and the application of religious values in daily life.
