Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan pengadaan sarana dan prasarana pendidikan di SMA Labschool Jakarta. Penelitian ini dilakukan pada bulan Oktober 2019 hingga bulan Februari 2020 dengan objek penelitian di SMA Labschool Jakarta. Metode yang digunakan adalah metode deskriptif dengan menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif. Pengumpulan data menggunakan beberapa pedoman diantaranya pedoman wawancara mendalam, studi dokumentasi, dan observasi. Penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: (1) perencanaan pengadaan sarana dan prasarana pendidikan dilakukan melalui analisis kebutuhan, pengecekan data tahun sebelumnya, pengajuan sarana dan prasarana, pengecekan data inventaris, dan penetapan perencanaan pengadaan, (2) anggaran pengadaan sarana dan prasarana dilakukan melalui mengajukan kepada kepala sekolah dengan dana dibawah 50 Juta Rupiah dan mengajukan ke BPS (Badan Pengelola Sekolah) dengan dana 50 sampai 200 Juta Rupiah, (3) prosedur pengadaan sarana dan prasarana dilakukan melalui pembelian (pembelian sendiri, pembelian lelang, dan pembelian kontrak), pembuatan sendiri, penerimaan hibah/bantuan, penukaran, perbaikan/rekondisi, dan penyewaan, (4) peran dalam pengadaan sarana dan prasarana yaitu BPS (Badan Pengelola Sekolah), Kepala sekolah, dan wakil sarana dan prasarana. This study aims to describe the procurement of educational facilities and infrastructure in Labschool High School Jakarta. This research was conducted in October 2019 until February 2020 with the object of research in Labschool High School Jakarta. The method used is descriptive method using a qualitative approach. Data collection uses several guidelines including guildelines for in-depth interviews, documentation study, and observation. Research shows that: (1) planning for the procurement of educational facilities and infrastructure is carried out through needs analysis, checking the data of the previous year, filing facilities and infrastructure, checking inventory data, and determining procurement planning, (2) the budget for procurement of facilities and infrastructure is done through submitting to school principals with funds under 50 Million Rupiah and submit to BPS (School Management Board with 50-200 Million Funds, (3) procedures for procuring facilities and infrastructure carried out through purchases (self-purchase, auction purchase, and contract purchase), self-making, receiving grants / assistance, exchanging, repairing / reconditioning, and renting, (4) roles in the procurement of facilities and infrastructure, namely BPS (School Management Agency), School Principals, and facilities and infrastructure representatives
