Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan mendeskripsikan dan menganalisis dampak penerapan pembelajaran digital terhadap etos belajar siswa. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan metode deskriptif analisis. Data dikumpulkan melalui observasi, wawancara, dokumentasi, dan kuesioner. Wawancara dilakukan dengan teknik purposive sampling, melibatkan satu narasumber. Sementara responden kuesioner berjumlah 55 siswa kelas X dengan teknik random sampling. Analisis data meliputi reduksi data, penyajian data, dan penarikan kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa penerapan pembelajaran digital di SMA Labschool Cibubur memperhatikan empat aspek, yaitu 1) personalisasi, guru menggunakan media pembelajaran berdasarkan karakteristik konten materi pembelajaran, 2) partisipasi aktif peserta didik berupa pemanfaatan power point, video pembelajaran, proyektor, dan penugasan, 3) aksesibilitas berupa e-learningdan google classroom sebagai pengiriman bahan ajar dan sumber belajar digital tambahan, 4) penilaian berupa pemanfaatan kahoot, quizizz, google form, dan safe exam browser. Pembelajaran digital pada PAI berdampak pada siswa kelas X yang memiliki etos belajar tergolong tinggi Hal itu ditandai dengan tingkat minat baca siswa sebesar 70% ditunjukkan dengan sikap ketertarikan siswa membaca bahan ajar digital, dan siswa merasa pemahaman materi PAI meningkat. Tingkat tanggung jawab belajar siswa sebesar 79% ditandai dengan sikap disiplin dalam menyelesaikan tugas, dan pengerjaan tugas yang optimal. Sedangkan tingkat kemandirian belajar siswa sebesar 73% ditunjukkan pada sikap siswa mampu mencari sumber digital yang relevan dan intensitas siswa dalam menggunakan artikel online. Terakhir, tingkat keberanian dalam menghadapi tantangan sebesar 64% ditunjukkan dengan sikap siswa mampu mengerjakan soal – soal sulit, siswa lebih siap dalam menghadapi ujian, dan siswa bertekad kuat dalam mengkaji materi PAI secara mendalam. *********** This research aims to describe and analyze the impact of implementing digital learning on students' learning ethos. This research uses a qualitative approach with descriptive analysis methods. Data was collected through observation, interviews, documentation and questionnaires. Interviews were conducted using a purposive sampling technique, involving one source. Meanwhile, the questionnaire respondents were 55 class X students using random sampling technique. Data analysis includes data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. The results of the research show that the implementation of digital learning at SMA Labschool Cibubur pays attention to four aspects, namely 1) personalization, teachers use learning media based on the characteristics of the learning material content, 2) active participation of students in the form of using power points, learning videos, projectors, and assignments, 3 ) accessibility in the form of e- learning and Google Classroom as delivery of teaching materials and additional digital learning resources, 4) assessment in the form of the use of Kahoot, Quizizz, Google Form and safe exam browser. Digital learning at PAI has an impact on class. The level of student responsibility for learning is 79%, characterized by a disciplined attitude in completing assignments and optimal work on assignments. Meanwhile, the level of student learning independence of 73% is shown in the attitude of students being able to search for relevant digital sources and the intensity of students in using online articles. Finally, the level of courage in facing challenges was 64%, shown by the students' attitude of being able to work on difficult questions, students being better prepared to face exams, and students being strongly determined to study PAI material in depth.
