Abstract
Penelitian ini adalah sebuah penelitian kualitatif yang bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan manajemen teaching factory di SMK Negeri 1 Cikarang Barat Bekasi berdasarkan fungsi-fungsi manajemen Perencanaan (Planning), Pengorganisasian (Organizing), Pelaksanaan (Actuating) dan Pengawasan (Controlling) dan kompetensi lulusan (Outcome). Adapun subyek penelitian terdiri atas kepala sekolah, wakil kepala sekolah, kepala kompetensi keahlian, guru serta siswa. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan wawancara, observasi, dan studi dokumentasi. Keabsahan data menggunakan metode triangulasi sumber dan triangulasi teknik. Hasil penelitian ini adalah sebagai berikut: (1) Konsep Teaching Factory yaitu sebuah konsep pembelajaran yang berdasarkan kerjasama dengan Industri berdasarkan hubungan mutualisme saling menguntungkan. (2) Pola yang digunakan dalam manajemen Teaching Factory di sekolah menggunakan empat fungsi manajemen yaitu (a) perencanaan, dalam perencanaan sekolah melakukan pengkondisian ditinjau dari sumberdaya manusia (guru) , fasilitas (workshop), kurikulum serta dukungan dari industri (Kerjasama Industri), (b) pengorganisasian dilakukan dengan cara pembentukan team kerja organisasi (Kepala Sekolah, Koordinator TU, WKS dan Kepala Tefa) dan komitmen Top Manajemen, (c) pelaksanaan manajemen Teaching Factory sudah sesuai dengan standar yang telah ditentukan dengan dukungan SOP, jobsheet dan jadwal blok, serta bahan ajar yang digunakan berbasis kurikulum industri, (d) pengawasan manajemen teaching factory dilakukan dengan observasi/pemantauan dan evaluasi untuk memastikan program yang dijalankan oleh sekolah sudah berjalan sesuai rencana dan memastikan perbaikan berkelanjutan. (3) Outcome (Kompetensi Lulusan) meliputi kompetensi lulusan sesuai standar SKKNI dan kesesuaian dengan kebutuhan industri. Faktor pendukung: SDM (guru) yang kompeten dan profesional, ketersediaan sarana prasarana, partisipasi peserta didik serta dukungan dari pemerintah dan DuDi. Sedangkan faktor penghambat: budaya K3 (Kesehatan dan Keselamatan Kerja.*****This research is a qualitative research that aims to describe the management of a teaching factory at SMK Negeri 1 Cikarang Barat Bekasi based on the management functions of Planning, Organizing, Actuating and Controlling and graduate competencies (Outcome). The research subjects consisted of principals, vice principals, heads of expertise competencies, teachers and students. Data collection techniques use interviews, observations, and documentation studies. Data validity using source triangulation method and triangulation technique. The results of this study are as follows: (1) The concept of Teaching Factory is a learning concept based on cooperation with Industry based on mutually beneficial relationships. (2) The pattern used in the management of the Teaching Factory in schools uses four management functions, namely (a) planning, in school planning conditioning in terms of human resources (teachers), facilities (workshops), curriculum and support from industry (Industrial Cooperation), (b) organizing is carried out by forming an organizational work team (Principal, TU Coordinator, WKS and Head of Tefa) and Top Management commitment, (c) the implementation of Teaching Factory management is in accordance with predetermined standards with the support of SOPs, jobsheets and block schedules, as well as teaching materials used based on industrial curriculum, (d) supervision of Teaching Factory management is carried out by observation / monitoring and evaluation to ensure the programs run by the school are running according to plan and ensure continuous improvement. (3) Outcomes (Graduate Competencies) include graduate competencies according to SKKNI standards and conformity with industry needs. Supporting factors: competent and professional human resources (teachers), availability of infrastructure, student participation and support from the government and DuDi.
