Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh kepemimpinan kepala sekolah terhadap kinerja guru Sekolah Menengah Atas (SMA) Negeri Sekolah Penggerak Se-Jakarta Barat. Terdapat 2 variabel yang diteliti pada penelitian ini yaitu kepemimpinan kepala sekolah sebagai variabel independent (X) dan kinerja guru sebagai variabel dependent (Y). Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan metode survey dan populasi pada penelitian ini ialah para guru SMAN sekolah penggerak se-Jakarta Barat. Pengambilan sampel dilakukan dengan menggunakan teknik propotional random sampling dengan total sampel sebesar 125 guru. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan Teknik penyebaran kuesioner penelitian dengan menggunakan skala likert. Dalam melakukan analisis data untuk menguji hipotesis dalam penelitian ini, teknik yang digunakan ialah uji analisis regresi linear sederhana dengan hasil persamaan regresi Ŷ = 65,077 + 0,567X. dan perolehan koefisien determinasi sebesar 50,6%. Dari hasil uji hipotesis diketahui nilai thitung sebesar 11,226 > ttabel sebesar 1,657 dengan nilai signifikansi didapatkan hasil yaitu 0,000 < 0,05. Sehingga dapat disimpulkan bahwa hasil dari bahwa terdapat pengaruh signifikan antara kepemimpinan kepala sekolah terhadap kinerja guru SMAN (sekolah penggerak) se-Jakarta Barat.***** This study aims to determine the effect of principal leadership on the performance of teachers at the State Senior High School (SMA) of Movers School in West Jakarta. There are 2 variables examined in this study, namely principal leadership as the independent variable (X) and teacher performance as the dependent variable (Y). This research uses quantitative approach with survey method and the population in this research is the teachers of the moving school high school in West Jakarta. Sampling was conducted using propotional random sampling technique with a total sample of 125 teachers. Data collection was carried out by distributing research questionnaires using a Likert scale. In conducting data analysis to test the hypothesis in this study, the technique used is simple linear regression analysis test with the results of the regression equation Ŷ = 65.077 + 0.567X. and the acquisition of the coefficient of determination of 50.6%. From the results of the hypothesis test, it is known that the tcount value is 11.226> ttable of 1.657 with a significance value of 0.000 <0.05. So it can be concluded that the results of that there is a significant influence between the principal's leadership on the performance of teachers of high (moving schools) in West Jakarta.
