Abstract
Temuan ini menekankan pentingnya kebijakan organisasi yang mendukung work life balance dan meningkatkan kebermaknaan kerja untuk dapat menurunkan turnover intention pada karyawan generasi Z. Kata kunci: work life balance, kebermaknaan kerja, turnover intention, generasi z ****** This study aims to analyze the influence of work-life balance and meaningful work on turnover intention among Generation Z employees in Jabodetabek. A total of 228 respondents aged 18–28 years participated in this quantitative research, utilizing the Work-Life Balance Scale by Fisher et al., the Work and Meaning Inventory (WAMI) by Steger et al., and the Turnover Intention Scale-6 (TIS-6) by Bothma and Roodt. Data were processed using multiple linear regression analysis with IBM SPSS version 22, supplemented by descriptive and statistical tests. The findings indicate that both work-life balance and meaningful work significantly negatively influence on turnover intention. Meaningful work emerged as a stronger predictor (β = -0.419) compared to work-life balance (β = -0.305). The coefficient of determination (R² = 0.391) suggests that these variables collectively explain 39.1% of the variance in turnover intention. These results emphasize the importance of organizational policies that support work-life balance and enhance the meaningfulness of work to reduce turnover intention among Generation Z employees. Keywords: work life balance, meaningful work, turnover intention, generation z
