Abstract

Pengelolaan arsip aktif merupakan dokumen yang memiliki frekuensi penggunaan tinggi untuk keberlangsungan operasional instansi. Penelitian ini meneliti mengenai penerapan arsip aktif pada website awan Inspektorat Jenderal Kemdikbud. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis penerapan website awan Inspektorat Jenderal Kemdikbud, mengidentifikasi hambatan yang dirasakan oleh pengguna, dan mengetahui efektivitas penggunaan website dalam menghadapi tantangan dalam penggunaan website tersebut. Data dan informasi dikolektifkan melalui wawancara dan dokumentasi dengan sumber primer dan sekunder yang memberikan wawasan luas. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa penggunaan website memiliki tantangan signifikan dari faktor eksternal dan internal, seperti pemahaman pengguna dan gangguan dalam website. Selain itu, penelitian ini menyoroti mengenai manfaat website awan dalam memfasilitasi penyimpanan dokumen arsip aktif data pegawai, berupa surat keterangan kenaikan jabatan, ijazah, kartu keluarga, surat tugas, piagam, dan sertifikat Pendidikan dan Pelatihan (Diklat) sehingga para pegawai dapat melihat dokumen tersebut dengan mengakses website awan. Penelitian ini berkontribusi pada literatur yang ada dengan berfokus pada instansi pemerintahan, memberikan wawasan dan rekomendasi untuk mengoptimalkan penggunaan website awan sebagai fasilitas penyimpanan arsip aktif di lembaga lainnya. ***** Active archive management is a document that has a high frequency of use for the continuity of agency operations. This research examines the application of active archives on the website of the Inspektorat Jenderal Kemdikbud. This study aims to analyze the implementation of the awan website of the Inspektorat Jenderal Kemdikbud, identify the obstacles felt by users, and determine the effectiveness of using the website in facing challenges in using the website. Data and information were collected through interviews, observation, and documentation with primary and secondary sources that provided great insight. The results of this study show that the use of the website has significant challenges from external and internal factors, such as user understanding and website glitches. In addition, this research highlights the benefits of the awan website in facilitating the storage of active archive documents of employee data, in the form of promotion certificates, diplomas, family cards, letters of assignment, charters, and certificates of Education and Training (Diklat) so that employees can view these documents by accessing the awan website. This research contributes to the existing literature by focusing on government agencies, providing insights and recommendations for optimizing the use of awan websites as active archive storage facilities in other institutions.
