Abstract
Kepuasan kerja merupakan salah satu hal penting bagi dosen yang terlibat dalam penyelenggaraan pendidikan. Hal ini berdampak pada mutu lulusan. Penelitian ini bertujuan menjelaskan pengaruh budaya organisasi, budaya organisasi, kepemimpinan transformasional dan motivasi kerja terhadap kepuasan kerja dosen PTMA. Menggunakan metode expost facto dengan pendekatan kuantitatif. Populasi dalam penelitian sebanyak 230 dosen. Sampel berjumlah 162 dosen menggunakan Teknik proporsional sampel. Data penelitian diambil melalui survei dengan pengisian kuesioner dan dianalisis menggunakan teknik analisis jalur berbasis varian yang dikenal sebagai Partial Least Square (PLS). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: (1) budaya organisasi dan kepemimpinan transformasional berpengaruh langsung positif terhadap kepuasan kerja dosen; (2) budaya organisasi dan kepemimpinan transformasional berpengaruh langsung positif terhadap motivasi kerja dosen; (3) tidak terdapat pengaruh langsung positif motivasi kerja terhadap kepuasan kerja dosen; (4) tidak terdapat pengaruh langsung positif budaya organisasi dan kepemimpinan transformasional terhadap kepuasan kerja dosen melalui motivasi kerja. Hasil penelitian ini merekomendasikan peningkatan budaya organisasi, kepemimpinan transformasional, dan motivasi kerja sebagai upaya untuk meningkatkan kepuasan kerja dosen di PTMA. Kata Kunci: dosen, budaya organisasi, kepemimpinan transformasional, motivasi kerja, kepuasan kerja. ***** Job satisfaction is a crucial aspect for lecturers involved in the education process, as it directly impacts the quality of graduates. This study aims to explain the influence of organizational culture, transformational leadership, and work motivation on the job satisfaction of PTMA lecturers. Utilizing an ex-post facto method with a quantitative approach, the study population consisted of 230 lecturers. A sample of 162 lecturers was selected using proportional sampling techniques. Data were collected through a survey by administering questionnaires and analyzed using a variance-based path analysis technique known as Partial Least Square (PLS). The results of the study indicate that: (1) organizational culture and transformational leadership have a direct positive effect on lecturers' job satisfaction; (2) organizational culture and transformational leadership have a direct positive effect on lecturers' work motivation; (3) work motivation does not have a direct positive effect on job satisfaction; and (4) there is no direct positive effect of organizational culture and transformational leadership on job satisfaction through work motivation. The findings recommend enhancing organizational culture, transformational leadership, and work motivation as efforts to improve job satisfaction among PTMA lecturers Keywords: lecturers, organizational culture, transformational leadership, work motivation, job satisfaction.
