Abstract

Penelitian ini, bertujuan menguji dan menganalisis variabel Integritas memediasi Kepemimpinan Transformasional dan budaya organisasi terhadap variable kinerja tugas(Task Performance). Sebagai isu yang mutakhir terdapat penomena penurunan kinerja bagi karyawan Task Performance di PT. Telkom Tbk(Persero) Divisi III Wilayah Jawa Barat, Penomena penurunan kinerja pada bulan Januari sampai Desember 2021 dan Januari sampai Juni 2022. Metode Penelitian dengan mengunakan metode kuantitatifPengujian dan analisis deskriptif dari 205 responden pegawai tetap, . pengujian model dengan menggunakan SMART PLS Evaluasi Model: Evaluasi Validitas Konvergen, AVE ≥ 0.7 untuk 4 (empat) variable, Evaluasi reliabilitas berpedoman pada AVE ≥ 0.7 untuk 4 (empat) variabel dan Evaluasi Validitas Uji forner Lacker≥ 0.7 Evaluasi Struktur Model Koefisien analisis R square atau koefisien determinasi variabel integrity dihasilkan 0,549 artinya variabel eksopen yang berpengaruh positif ke variabel integrity dan variabel task performance sebesar 0,552 hasil Angka 0,33-0.67 kategori moderat. Koefisien jalur pengaruh transfomational leadership ke task performance sebsar 0.304 pengaruh terbesar dan budaya organisasi besaran pengaruhnya sebsar 0.272.Q-Square Integrity >0 predictive relevan; f-Square dan task performance >0 Diagram jalur (Path Diagram) dalam software Smart PLS hanya menampilkan hubungan langsung, indirect effect dihitung sendiri dan uji hipotesis berdasarkan path koefisien berfokus pada 5(lima) pengaruh langsung dengan hasil pengujian statistik positif dan signifikan diterima dan 2(dua) berpengaruh tidak langsung terhadap Task Performance, hasil pengujian nya positif dan signifikan diterima. Hasil pengujian dan analisis telah ditemukan unsur kebaruan (Novelty) dapat dipakai sebagai model hipotetik penelitian, bagi peneliti berikutnya. Disarankan menggunakan lebih dari 4(empat) variabel. Kesimpulan penelitian ini, setelah proses pengujian data dan analisis deskriptif positif dan signifikan atas 7(tujuh) Hipotes terhadap peran integritas memediasi kepemimpinan transformasional dan budaya organisasi terhadap kinerja tugas (task performance), implikasi hasil tertinggi dipertahankan, rekomendasi skor terendah ditingkatkan. Transformational Leadership and organizational culture on the variable of task performance. As a current As a current issue, there is a phenomenon of declining performance for Task Performance employees at PT. Telkom Tbk (Persero) Division III West Java Region, the phenomenon of declining performance in January to December 2021 and January to June 2022. Research methode using quantitative methods, descriptive testing and analysis of 205 permanent employee respondents. Model testing using SMART PLS Model Evaluation: Convergent Validity Evaluation, AVE ≥ 0.7 for 4 (four) variables, Reliability evaluation based on AVE ≥ 0.7 for 4 (four) variables and Forner Lacker Test Validity Evaluation ≥ 0.7 Model Structure Evaluation The R square analysis coefficient or determination coefficient of the integrity variable is 0.549, meaning that the exopen variable has a positive effect on the integrity variable and the task performance variable of 0.552, the result is a figure of 0.33-0.67 in the moderate category. The path coefficient of transformational leadership influence on task performance is 0.304 the largest influence and organizational culture the magnitude of the influence is 0.272. Q-Square Integrity> 0 predictive relevant; f-Square and task performance> 0 The path diagram in Smart PLS software only displays direct relationships, indirect effects are calculated s and hypothesis testing based on the path coefficient focuses on 5 (five) direct influences with positive and significant statistical test results accepted and 2 (two) indirect effects on Task Performance, the test results are positive and significant accepted. The results of the test and analysis have found elements of novelty (Novelty) can be used as a hypothetical research model, for subsequent researchers. It is recommended to use more than 4 (four) variables. The conclusion of this study, after the data testing process and positive and significant of 7 (seven) Hypotheses on the role of integrity mediating transformational leadership and organizational culture on task performance, 5(five) direct effects dan 2(two) indirect effects. Descriptive analysis the highest results implications are maintained, the lowest score recommendations are increased.
