Abstract

Transformasi digital dalam dunia pendidikan telah mendorong kebutuhan akan sistem evaluasi pembelajaran yang efektif dan aman. Penelitian ini bertujuan mengembangkan back-end Aplikasi Computer Based Test berbasis website di SMKN 21 Jakarta menggunakan metode Feature Driven Development (FDD). Berdasarkan observasi dan kuesioner terhadap 262 siswa dan 31 guru, ditemukan ketergantungan pada platform seperti Google Form yang memiliki keterbatasan dalam keamanan, pengawasan, dan penilaian esai. Aplikasi yang dikembangkan mencakup 53 endpoint REST API, fitur keamanan seperti deteksi perpindahan tab, serta sistem penilaian otomatis menggunakan Automated Essay Scoring (AES) berbasis Cosine Similarity. Pengujian menggunakan metode Black Box menunjukkan seluruh fitur berfungsi sesuai rencana. Hasil evaluasi dari pengguna menyatakan aplikasi mampu meningkatkan keamanan ujian, efisiensi penilaian, dan integritas akademik. Penelitian ini menyimpulkan bahwa pendekatan FDD efektif dalam mengembangkan aplikasi yang responsif terhadap kebutuhan institusi pendidikan, serta menjadi solusi strategis terhadap tantangan evaluasi digital di era modern. Kata Kunci: Evaluasi Pembelajaran, Aplikasi Ujian Berbasis Website, Feature Driven Development, Automated Essay Scoring, Cosine Similarity. ******** Digital transformation in education has driven the need for an effective and secure learning evaluation system. This research aims to develop the back-end of a web-based Computer Based Test Application at SMKN 21 Jakarta using the Feature Driven Development (FDD) method. Based on observations and questionnaires of 262 students and 31 teachers, there was a reliance on platforms such as Google Form which has limitations in security, supervision, and essay grading. The developed application includes 53 REST API endpoints, security features such as tab switching detection, and an automated scoring system using Cosine Similarity-based Automated Essay Scoring (AES). Testing using the Black Box method shows that all features function as planned. Evaluation results from users stated that the application was able to improve exam security, assessment efficiency, and academic integrity. This research concludes that the FDD approach is effective in developing applications that are responsive to the needs of educational institutions, as well as being a strategic solution to the challenges of digital evaluation in the modern era.
