Abstract

Aplikasi PLING merupakan sistem informasi manajemen yang digunakan oleh PT Swalayan Sukses Abadi untuk mengelola e-voucher. Dengan meningkatnya penggunaan e-voucher sebagai salah satu alat pembayaran sekaligus media promosi, oleh karena itu diperlukan Aplikasi PLING sebagai sistem manajemen e-voucher yang efektif. Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk mengetahui bagaimana penggunaan Aplikasi PLING pada sistem e-voucher PT Swalayan Sukses Abadi. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kualitatif dengan metode deskriptif. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan, yaitu melalui observasi, wawancara, dokumentasi, dan studi kepustakaan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Aplikasi PLING telah memberikan kontribusi yang signifikan dalam penggunaannya melalui fitur pada aplikasi untuk membuat kode e-voucher secara cepat dan akurat, memantau penggunaan e-voucher, serta dokumentasi penggunaan e-voucher. Aplikasi PLING memiliki implikasi positif sebagai sistem yang mendukung peningkatan efisiensi kerja secara menyeluruh di PT Swalayan Sukses Abadi. Penggunaan Aplikasi PLING di PT Swalayan Sukses Abadi pernah menghadapi kendala teknis berupa kode e-voucher yang tidak terbaca di sistem POS (Point of Sale). Meskipun telah disiapkan solusi berupa menyiapkan kode e-voucher cadangan, perbaikan sistem tetap diperlukan agar aplikasi dapat digunakan dengan lebih stabil serta didukung infrastruktur yang memadai.*****PLING application is a management information system used by PT Swalayan Sukses Abadi to manage e-vouchers. With the increasing use of e-vouchers as both a payment method and promotional tool, the PLING application is required as an effective e-voucher management system. This study aims to explore the use of the PLING application in the e-voucher system at PT Swalayan Sukses Abadi. The research employs a qualitative approach with a descriptive method. Data collection techniques include observation, interviews, documentation, and literature study. This study shows that the PLING application has made a significant contribution through its features, which allow for the rapid and accurate generation of e-voucher codes, monitoring of e-voucher usage, and documentation of voucher transactions. The application has shown positive implications as a system that supports overall work efficiency at PT Swalayan Sukses Abadi. However, the use of the PLING application has encountered technical issues, such as e-voucher codes not being recognized by the Point of Sale (POS) system. Although a backup solution in the form of replacement voucher codes has been provided, system improvements are still necessary to ensure greater stability and better infrastructure support for the application.
