Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menghasilkan model pembelajaran Project Citizen integratif berbantuan web citizen untuk meningkatkan literasi kewarganegaraan di sekolah dasar. Metode penelitian menggunakan Research and Development (R&D) dengan pendekatan model Dick and Carey yang terdiri dari 10 langkah tahapan model dimana langkah pertama peneliti mengadopsi dari model Borg and Gall. Subjek penelitian adalah peserta didik kelas V di sekolah dasar DKI Jakarta yang dipilih secara acak. Data dikumpulkan melalui angket, observasi, wawancara, serta tes literasi kewarganegaraan sebelum dan sesudah penerapan model pembelajaran. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pengembangan model pembelajaran project citizen integratif berbantuan web citizen terbukti cukup efektif untuk meningkatkan literasi kewarganegaraan. Hal ini terlihat dari peningkatan kegiatan pembelajaran menjadi lebih menarik dan menyenangkan (Joyful), memberikan tantangan (Challenging) yang mendorong peserta didik untuk belajar lebih produktif, serta memotivasi mereka untuk terlibat secara aktif dalam proses pembelajaran. Selain itu, pembelajaran menjadi lebih mengaktfkan (Activating) karena kemasannya yang lebih berwarna dan interaktif, didukung oleh teknologi web. Model project citizen integratif berbantuan web citizen memberikan dampak positif terhadap peningkatan literasi kewarganegaraan yang dibuktikan dengan rata-rata skor NGain sebesar 0,6218, yang termasuk dalam kategori sedang dengan interpretasi 62,18% atau dalam rentang 56-75%. Hal ini menunjukkan bahwa model tersebut cukup efektif digunakan untuk meningkatkan literasi kewarganegaraan di sekolah dasar. ***** This study aims to develop an integrative Project Citizen learning model assisted by web citizen to enhance civic literacy in elementary schools. The research method used is Research and Development (R&D) with the Dick and Carey model approach, which consists of 10 stages, with the first step adopted from the Borg and Gall model. The subjects of the study were fifth-grade students from elementary schools in DKI Jakarta, selected randomly. Data were collected through questionnaires, observations, interviews, and civic literacy tests before and after the implementation of the learning model. The results show that the development of the integrative Project Citizen learning model assisted by web citizen was quite effective in improving civic literacy. This is evidenced by the increase in the learning activities that became more engaging and enjoyable (Joyful), offering challenges (Challenging) that encouraged students to learn more productively, and motivating them to actively participate in the learning process. Additionally, the learning became more activating (Activating) due to its more colorful and interactive format, supported by web technology. The integrative Project Citizen learning model assisted by web citizen has a positive impact on the improvement of civic literacy, as proven by the average NGain score of 0.6218, which falls into the moderate category with an interpretation of 62.18%, or within the range of 56-75%. This shows that the model is quite effective in enhancing civic literacy in elementary schools.
