Abstract

Kebutuhan akan media pembelajaran yang interaktif dan responsif terhadap perkembangan teknologi informasi menjadi semakin penting, terutama dalam mendukung proses belajar mahasiswa pada mata kuliah yang bersifat aplikatif seperti Perancangan Produk. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan media pembelajaran berbasis website menggunakan Content Management System (CMS) WordPress untuk menunjang pemahaman mahasiswa terhadap materi Quality Function Deployment (QFD), VDI 2221, dan Design for Manufacture (DFM). Media ini dikembangkan menggunakan metode penelitian Research and Development (R&D) dengan model pengembangan ADDIE (Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, Evaluation), namun dibatasi hanya sampai tahap pengembangan. Validasi dilakukan oleh ahli materi, ahli media, serta uji kelayakan oleh mahasiswa. Hasil validasi menunjukkan bahwa media pembelajaran ini memperoleh persentase kelayakan sebesar 84% dari ahli materi, 91, 66% dari ahli media, dan 91,96% dari hasil uji kelayakan. Berdasarkan hasil tersebut, media pembelajaran berbasis CMS WordPress ini dikategorikan “Sangat Layak” untuk digunakan sebagai media alternatif dalam proses pembelajaran pada mata kuliah Perancangan Produk. ***** The need for interactive learning media that is responsive to the development of information technology is becoming increasingly important, especially in supporting student learning in application-based courses such as Product Design. This study aims to develop web-based learning media using the Content Management System (CMS) WordPress to enhance students’ understanding of Quality Function Deployment (QFD), VDI 2221, and Design for Manufacture (DFM). The media was developed using the Research and Development (R&D) method with the ADDIE development model (Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, Evaluation), but was limited to the development stage. Validation was carried out by a subject matter expert, a media expert, and through a feasibility test involving students. The results showed that the learning media obtained a feasibility percentage of 84% from the material expert, 91.66% from the media expert, and 91.96% from student trials. Based on these results, the CMS WordPress-based learning media is categorized as “Highly Feasible” to be used as an alternative medium in the learning process of the Product Design course.
