Abstract

Industri di Indonesia saat ini dihadapkan dengan terbatasnya tenaga kerja maintenance crane yang menjadi tantangan yang harus segera diatasi, karena dapat mempengaruhi efisiensi, produktivitas, dan keselamatan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan media pelatihan berbasis video agar menghasilkan tenaga keahlian di bidang pemeliharaan overhead crane. Diharapkan dengan dibuatnya video pelatihan pemeliharaan overhead crane pada sistem mekanikal hoist, peserta menjadi lebih tertarik dan termotivasi untuk belajar. Media pelatihan ini menggunakan model 4D sebagai pedoman untuk proses pengembangannya, yang terdiri dari define, design, development, dan disseminate. Hasil uji validasi ahli materi dengan persentase sebesar 96,98% dan uji validasi ahli media dengan persentase sebesar 86,66% yang dimana keduanya memperoleh interpretasi “sangat layak” digunakan dalam pelatihan pemeliharaan overhead crane pada sistem hoist. Hasil uji kelayakan pengguna produk yang dilakukan oleh 15 teknisi di PT. NUSA KRANTECHNIK INDONESIA menunjukkan skor kelayakan sebesar 92,11% sehingga media ini dinyatakan “sangat layak” untuk menunjang pembelajaran secara mandiri. ***** Currently, the industry in Indonesia is facing a shortage of crane maintenance personnel, which poses a challenge that must be addressed promptly, as it can affect efficiency, productivity, and safety. This study aims to develop a video-based training medium to produce skilled workers in the field of overhead crane maintenance. It is expected that the creation of a training video on overhead crane maintenance specifically for the hoist mechanical system will make participants more interested and motivated to learn. The training medium was developed using the 4D model as a guideline, which consists of Define, Design, Development, and Disseminate stages. The results of the expert validation tests showed a score of 96,98%form the material expert and 86,66% from the media expert, both of which fall into the “highly feasible” category for use in overhead crane hoist system maintenance training. Product feasibility testing, conducted with 15 technicians at PT. NUSA KRANTECHNIK INDONESIA, showed a feasibility score of 92,11%, indicating that this training medium is “high feasible” to support self-directed learning.
