Abstract

Penelitian pengembangan ini bertujuan menghasilkan Pedoman Microteaching untuk memfasilitasi mahasiswa calon guru di Universitas Negeri Jakarta. Penggunaan Pedoman Microteaching ini diharapkan mampu mempermudah para pengguna dalam mempelajari dan mempraktekan sesuai dengan pedoman microteaching yang telah diperbaharui. Penelitian pengembangan ini menggunakan model ADDIE yang memiliki tahapan analisis, disain, pengembangan, implementasi dan evaluasi. Pada tahap uji coba ahli mendapatkan nilai sebesar 3,4 yang artinya sangat baik. Tahap uji coba small group nilai rata – rata yang diperoleh 3,6 dapat disimpulkan bahwa sudah sangat baik. Hasil keseluruhan dari semua tahapan uji coba adalah Pengembangan Pedoman Microteaching untuk Mahasiswa Calon Guru di Universitas Negeri Jakarta sudah baik dan telah melakukan prosedur pengembangan yang tepat. Pedoman Microteaching ini dapat memfasilitasi mahasiswa calon Guru dan para Dosen dalam melaksanakan praktek microteaching. This development research supports the creation of a Microteaching Guide to facilitate prospective teacher students at Jakarta State University. The use of the Microteaching Guidelines is expected to make it easier for users to interact and practice in accordance with the approved microteaching guidelines. Development research uses the ADDIE model which has stages of analysis, design, development, implementation and evaluation. In the experimental stage the expert gets a value of 3,4 which means very well. Phase test of small group respondent average value obtained 3,6 And it can be concluded that it is very well. The overall result of all the stages of the trial is that the Development of Microteaching Guidelines for Prospective Teachers at State University of Jakarta is good and has carried out appropriate development procedures. This Microteaching guide can facilitate prospective teacher students and lecturers in carrying out the practice of microteaching.
