Abstract

Penelitian pengembangan ini bertujuan untuk menghasilkan sebuah media cetak berbentuk leaflet berupa panduan kerja yang dapat memfasilitasi belajar dan membantu kinerja penyuluh agama Islam dalam mengerjakan tugas pasca pelaksanaan bimbingan dan penyuluhan di LPKA Kota Pangkalpinang. Pengembangan ini menggunakan model pengembangan job aids yang dikemukakan oleh Charlotte Long. Model pengembangan job aids tersebut memiliki 6 tahapan yang terdiri dari, analisis hambatan, menentukan medium, mengkategorikan tugas, memilih format, membuat konsep dan mengikuti pedoman. Selain keenam tahapan tersebut, peneliti menambahkan evaluasi proses pengembangan di akhir tahapan sesuai dengan saran yang diberikan Charlotte Long. Teknik evaluasi yang digunakan pada penelitian pengembangan ini berupa evaluasi formatif yang diberikan kepada ahli materi dan ahli media untuk expert review dan 3 penyuluh agama Islam Kota Pangkalpinang yang dipilih secara acak untuk uji coba pengguna (one to one). Dari evaluasi tersebut, expert review oleh ahli materi memperoleh nilai rata-rata 3,71 dan termasuk kategori sangat baik. Expert review oleh ahli media memperoleh nilai rata-rata 3,17 dan termasuk kategori baik. Uji coba pengguna (one to one) memperoleh nilai rata-rata 3,56 dan termasuk kategori sangat baik. Berdasarkan evaluasi yang dilakukan, dapat dinyatakan bahwa job aids yang dikembangkan memiliki kualitas yang sangat baik dan layak untuk digunakan sebagai acuan dan stimulus tambahan buku petunjuk teknis penyuluh agama yang sudah ada dalam mengerjakan tugas pasca pelaksanaan bimbingan dan penyuluhan. This development research aims to produce a printed media in the form of a leaflet in the form of work guides that can facilitate learning and help the performance of Islamic religious instructors in carrying out their tasks after the implementation of guidance and counseling in LPKA Pangkalpinang City. This development uses the job aids development model proposed by Charlotte Long. The job aids development model has 6 stages consisting of, obstacle analysis, determining the medium, categorizing tasks, choosing a format, making concepts and following the guidelines. In addition to the six stages, the researcher added an evaluation of the development process at the end of the stage in accordance with the advice given by Charlotte Long. The evaluation technique used in this research was a formative evaluation given to material experts and media experts for expert review and 3 Islamic religion counselors in Pangkalpinang City that were randomly selected for user trials (one to one). From the evaluation, expert review by material experts obtained an average value of 3.71 and included in the excellent category. Expert review by media experts obtained an average value of 3.17 and included in good category. The user trial (one to one) obtained an average value of 3.56 and included in the excellent category. Based on the evaluation conducted, it can be stated that the developed job aids have very good quality and are appropriate to be used as a reference and additional stimulus to the technical guide of religious extension that already exists in carrying out the task after the implementation of guidance and counseling.
