Abstract

*****ABSTRAK***** Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh permainan bola kecil terhadap kemampuan gerak manipulatif siswa sekolah dasar. Gerak manipulatif merupakan kemampuan atau keterampilan tubuh dalam menggerakkan, mengontrol, atau menggunakan suatu objek dengan tangan, kaki, atau bagian tubuh lainnya untuk mencapai tujuan tertentu. Permainan bola kecil dipilih karena dapat menciptakan suasana pembelajaran yang menyenangkan dan memotivasi siswa untuk aktif berpartisipasi dalam pembelajaran pendidikan jasmani. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode eksperimen dengan desain penelitian one group pre-test-post test design. Subjek penelitian adalah siswa sekolah dasar yang mengikuti pembelajaran bola kecil dengan pendekatan bermain. Analisis data dilakukan dengan menggunakan uji Wilcoxon dikarenakan data tidak terdistribusi normal. Berdasarkan ranks pada uji Wilcoxon tidak ditemukan adanya hasil pada negative ranks, yaitu tidak adanya penurunan dari pretest ke posttest. pada hasil positive ranks, peningkatan dari pretest ke posttest dengan hasil 14,00 dengan jumlah peserta yang mengalami peningkatan yaitu 27. pada hasil ties, tidak ditemukan adanya kesamaan dari pretest ke posttest. sedangkan pada tabel tes statistik bahwa nilai signifikasi sebesar 0,001; dasar pengambilan keputusannya adalah 0.001<0.05 maka hipotesis diterima. sehingga dapat disimpulkan bahwa adanya pengaruh positif permainan bola kecil terhadap kemampuan gerak manipulatif pada siswa SD. *****ABSTRACT This study aims to determine the effect of small ball games on the manipulative movement abilities of elementary school students. Manipulative movement is the ability or skill of the body to move, control, or use an object with the hands, feet, or other parts of the body to achieve a specific goal. Small ball games were chosen because they can create a fun learning environment and motivate students to actively participate in physical education. The research method used was an experimental method with a one-group pre-test-post-test design. The research subjects were elementary school students who participated in small ball games using a play-based approach. Data analysis was conducted using the Wilcoxon test because the data were not normally distributed. Based on the ranks in the Wilcoxon test, no negative ranks were found, meaning there was no decrease from the pretest to the posttest. In the positive ranks, there was an increase from the pretest to the posttest with a result of 14.00, with 27 participants experiencing an increase. In the ties, no similarities were found from the pretest to the posttest. Meanwhile, in the statistical test table, the significance value was 0.001; the basis for decision-making was 0.001<0.05, so the hypothesis was accepted. Thus, it can be concluded that there is a positive effect of small ball games on the manipulative movement skills of elementary school students.
