Abstract
Dalam pembelajaran biologi isu-isu mengenai permasalahan lingkungan diintegrasikan dalam pendidikan lingkungan hidup. Salah satu isu permasalahan yang dikaji yakni kerusakan ekosistem pesisir. Kerusakan ekosistem pesisir adalah perwujudan dari minimnya karakter atau sikap peduli manusia terhadap lingkungan hidup. Rendahnya pengetahuan dan sikap peduli terhadap lingkungan pada peserta didik, bisa disebabkan oleh kurangnya edukasi dan bahan ajar yang sesuai. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan bahan ajar berupa digital booklet, menguji kevalidan dan kelayakan produk, dan menganalisis penerapan produk dalam meningkatkan sikap peduli lingkungan peserta didik. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan metode penelitian dan pengembangan model ADDIE melalui lima tahapan, yaitu analisis, desain, pengembangan, implementasi, dan evaluasi. Hasil penelitian didapatkan bahwa uji validasi materi, media, dan bahasa oleh ahli pendidikan biologi 3,27 termasuk kategori sangat valid dan uji coba kelompok kecil serta keterbacaan guru telah memenuhi aspek penilaian sehingga dapat digunakan dalam pembelajaran. Hasil uji hipotesis menunjukkan terdapat peningkatan antara skor sikap peduli lingkungan peserta didik sebelum dan sesudah menggunakan bahan ajar digital booklet dengan hasil uji efektivitas gain ternormalisasi 57% berkategori cukup efektif. Kesimpulannya bahwa DICE: Digital Booklet on Coastal Ecosystems berbasis SETS valid dan layak dijadikan sebagai bahan ajar dan cukup efektif meningkatkan sikap peduli lingkungan peserta didik.***** In biology education, environmental issues are integrated into environmental education, one of which is the issue of coastal ecosystem degradation. This degradation reflects the lack of environmental awareness and concern among individuals. The low level of knowledge and environmental care among students may be caused by the lack of relevant education and appropriate learning materials. Therefore, this study aims to develop a digital booklet as a learning material, examine its validity and feasibility, and analyze its implementation in improving students’ environmental awareness. The research employed the ADDIE development model, which consists of five stages: analysis, design, development, implementation, and evaluation. The results showed that expert validation in terms of content, media, and language received an average score of 3.27, categorized as very valid. Small group trials and teacher readability tests also met the required assessment criteria, indicating the product's feasibility for use in learning. Hypothesis testing showed an improvement in students’ environmental care attitudes, with a normalized gain score of 57%, categorized as moderately effective. Therefore, DICE: Digital Booklet on Coastal Ecosystems based on the SETS approach is considered valid, feasible, and moderately effective as a learning material to enhance students’ environmental awareness.
