Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan antara Denyut Nadi Istirahat dan Kadar Hemoglobin terhadap Kardiorespirasi pada atlet hockey. Pada penelitian ini membatasi hanya untuk mencari hubungan antara Denyut Nadi Istirahat dan Kadar Hemoglobin terhadap Kardiorespirasi pada atlet hockey. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian korelasional dengan metode pendekatan kuantitatif. Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan teknik total sampling. Subjek dalam penelitian ini adalah atlet hockey dengan jumlah 24 atlet. Instrumen pengambilan data menggunakan tes denyut nadi istirahat menggunakan stopwatch selama 1 menit dan alat pengukur kadar hemoglobin untuk menguji kardiorespirasi menggunakan bleep test. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian dapat di kategorisasi Denyut Nadi Istirahat (X1) dalam penelitian ini sebagian besar atlet berada dalam kategorisasi Normal yaitu (75%), sedangkan hasil kategorisasi Kadar Hemoglobin (X2) dalam penelitian ini sebagian besar atlet berada dalam kategorisasi Normal yaitu (67%), hasil kategorisasi Kardiorespirasi (Y) dalam penelitian ini sebagian besar atlet berada dalam kategorisasi Baik yaitu (46%), dan hasil uji korelasi berganda terdapat hubungan (X1 & X2 > Y) dilihat dari nilai Sig. F Change = 0.000 < 0.05. Secara simultan, denyut nadi istirahat dan kadar hemoglobin berkontribusi terhadap peningkatan atau penurunan kapasitas kardiorespirasi. Atlet dengan denyut nadi istirahat yang rendah dan kadar hemoglobin yang memadai cenderung memiliki kapasitas kardiorespirasi yang lebih baik. Kata Kunci: Denyut Nadi, Kadar Hemoglobin, Kardiorespirasi, Atlet ***** THE RELATIONSHIP BETWEEN RESTING PULSE RATE AND HEMOGLOBIN LEVELS ON CARDIORESPIRATORY ENDURANCE IN HOCKEY ATHLETES OF SMAN 26 GARUT ABSTRACT This research aims to determine the relationship between resting heart rate and hemoglobin levels on cardiorespiratory function in hockey athletes. This study is limited to examining the relationship between resting heart rate and hemoglobin levels affecting cardiorespiratory function in hockey athletes. This research is a correlational study using a quantitative approach method. The sampling technique used is total sampling. The subjects of this study are hockey athletes with a total of 24 athletes. The data collection instrument uses the resting heart rate test with a stopwatch for 1 minute and a hemoglobin level measuring tool to test cardiorespiratory function using the bleep test. Based on the research results, the resting heart rate (X1) in this study categorizes most athletes as Normal, which is (75%). Meanwhile, the results of hemoglobin level categorization (X2) in this study showed that the majority of athletes fell into the Normal category, which is (67%). The results of cardiorespiratory categorization (Y) in this study indicated that most athletes were in the Good category, which is (46%). Furthermore, the results of multiple correlation tests showed a relationship (X1 & X2 > Y) based on the Sig. F Change value = 0.000 < 0.05. Simultaneously, resting heart rate and hemoglobin levels contribute to the increase or decrease in cardiorespiratory capacity.
